N\u00b0 4.859-HC-025-2.020.Bloque Frente de Todos. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Crear un espacio departamental para el debate\u00a0 sobre la\u00a0 modificaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n Provincial N\u00b0 6.970.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto presentado \u00b4por el Ejecutivo Provincial\u00a0 de la presente Ley que\u00a0 regula la Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica en Mendoza, en el marco de la Constituci\u00f3n\u00a0 Nacional y\u00a0 los tratados internacionales incorporados a ella; la Constituci\u00f3n Provincial; la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n Nacional y regulaciones complementarias y \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 concordantes vigentes.<\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que \u00a0en este per\u00edodo de ASPO que modific\u00f3 la cotidianidad de todos\u00a0 los habitantes a nivel mundial, nacional y departamental.<\/p>\n<p>Que \u00a0la educaci\u00f3n es un derecho que debe garantizar el Estado y est\u00e1 establecido, \u00a0\u00a0 en la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional, Tratados Internacionales, Constituci\u00f3n Provincial y \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 regulaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Que \u00a0las comunidades educativas han llevado a cabo una tarea con esfuerzos extras para sostener el sistema educativo.<\/p>\n<p>Que \u00a0es sumamente necesaria e imprescindible\u00a0 la participaci\u00f3n de los y las docentes de la Provincia, y de nuestro Departamento.<\/p>\n<p>Que \u00a0la modificaci\u00f3n de la Ley se tiene que dar en un \u00e1mbito de debate con los actores que llevan a trav\u00e9s de sus pr\u00e1cticas pedag\u00f3gicas el desarrollo de lo que se \u00a0\u00a0 establece desde la Direcci\u00f3n General de Escuelas.<\/p>\n<p>Que \u00a0a pesar de la pandemia se deben generar espacios de debate local, a trav\u00e9s\u00a0 de\u00a0 la virtualidad.<\/p>\n<p>Que si hablamos de calidad educativa se debe tener en cuenta la realidad en\u00a0 particular para tener como resultado, pol\u00edticas en lo general que permitan un \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 proceso integral e inclusivo.<\/p>\n<p>Que \u00a0se puede trabajar desde la Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n, Higiene, Moralidad \u00a0 Acci\u00f3n Social y Cultura\u00a0 de este\u00a0 Cuerpo y desde aqu\u00ed elevar la propuesta a trav\u00e9s de\u00a0 las Legisladoras Provinciales.<\/p>\n<p>Que debe ser de forma urgente ya que se ha difundido la presentaci\u00f3n del\u00a0 borrador del proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE \u00a0EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo , a trav\u00e9s de \u00a0la Agencia de Educaci\u00f3n, \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 coordinar \u00a0con la Direcci\u00f3n General de Escuelas, Subdelegaci\u00f3n\u00a0 Malarg\u00fce, arbitren\u00a0 los medios necesarios para generar un espacio de debate de donde se\u00a0 reciban las\u00a0 inquietudes de las y los docentes de Malarg\u00fce,\u00a0 referidos a la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n, en\u00a0 un plazo no mayor a treinta d\u00edas (30).<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Elevar las propuestas que surjan\u00a0 de dicho espacio a las Legisladoras Provinciales\u00a0 de nuestro Departamento.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0:\u00a0 Difundir por todos los medio locales de comunicaci\u00f3n para incentivar la participaci\u00f3n de los docentes malarg\u00fcinos.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00b0: Elevar copia de la presente pieza legal a la Direcci\u00f3n General de Escuelas Subdelegaci\u00f3n Malarg\u00fce, Sindicatos de Docentes Estatales y Privados y\u00a0 \u00a0 Organizaciones del Sector\u00a0 Educativo y Directivos de Escuelas del medio.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 5\u00b0:Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
