VISTO: La nota HC-183-2.020, presentada por los Sres. Daniel Balverdi y Roberto Guardia T\u00e9cnicos de F\u00fatbol referentes del Centro de Formaci\u00f3n Deportiva, mediante la cual solicitan\u00a0 ampliaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de plazo de construcci\u00f3n del Comodato de predio para actividades\u00a0 deportivas.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

y;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que el predio que ocupa este Centro de Formaci\u00f3n Deportiva,\u00a0 ubicado en el Loteo Zona Club H\u00edpico, es\u00a0 propiedad del municipio.<\/p>\n

Que el Contrato de Comodato, se firm\u00f3 entre las partes en el mes de marzo de 2.020, y caducar\u00eda en el mes de marzo de 2.022.<\/p>\n

Que la situaci\u00f3n de Pandemia que estamos atravesando por el COVID-19, hace que no se pueda continuar con los proyectos\u00a0 y mejoras del predio.<\/p>\n

Que este Centro de Formaci\u00f3n Deportiva, viene trabajando\u00a0 con ni\u00f1os de ambos sexos desde los 4 a\u00f1os hasta adolescentes de 14 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Que a trav\u00e9s\u00a0 del desarrollo de las capacidades de los ni\u00f1os, se facilita\u00a0 la maduraci\u00f3n\u00a0 de los esquemas motores\u00a0 b\u00e1sicos de su cuerpo.<\/p>\n

Que asimismo\u00a0 se pretende\u00a0 convertir en un apoyo educativo, para aquellos ni\u00f1os, que as\u00ed lo requieran.<\/p>\n

Que este Honorable Concejo Deliberante no puede quedar ajeno a tal iniciativa que estimule el desarrollo de los j\u00f3venes del Departamento.<\/p>\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n

ARTICULO 1\u00b0:Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo, a trav\u00e9s del \u00e1rea que corresponda, la extensi\u00f3n\u00a0 del Comodato\u00a0 de Cesi\u00f3n de Derecho del Terreno cedido al Centro de Formaci\u00f3n\u00a0 Deportiva, en el tiempo que considere, con la mayor duraci\u00f3n\u00a0 posible, teniendo\u00a0 en cuenta el trabajo\u00a0 ya realizado.<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n
