VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00b0 4.849 HC 024 \u2013 2.020. Bloque Frente Cambia Mendoza. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Cultural el evento denominado \u201cInvierno a Puro Rock\u201d desarrollado los d\u00edas viernes y s\u00e1bados en la estaci\u00f3n invernal.<\/p>\n

La necesidad de incentivar este tipo de actividades v\u00eda online bajo el contexto de Pandemia<\/p>\n

Y;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que esta iniciativa surge de los amantes del Rock & Roll de contar con mini recitales, debido a la gran oferta de bandas que hay en nuestra ciudad y que no cuentan con espacios determinados en la agenda cultural.<\/p>\n

Que es importante darles un marco propicio para proyectar los derechos culturales, promoviendo el surgimiento y promoci\u00f3n de talentos locales.<\/p>\n

Que en el contexto de Pandemia por COVID-19 no se ha podido efectuar ning\u00fan evento cultural en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce y se ha puesto en valor a trav\u00e9s de este tipo de difusi\u00f3n, el trabajo de distintos artistas locales.<\/p>\n

Que teniendo en cuenta que la sociedad no ha podido participar de ning\u00fan evento donde hayan aglomeraciones, es que se ve favorecida por este tipo de actividades v\u00eda online.<\/p>\n

Que eventualmente este evento como los futuros en tanto dure este contexto de Pandemia de COVID-19 se realizar\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Cultura en este formato online, sin p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n

ARTICULO 1\u00ba: Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Cultural el evento denominado \u201cInvierno a Puro Rock\u201d desarrollado los d\u00edas viernes y s\u00e1bados durante la estaci\u00f3n invernal (21 de Junio al 20 de Septiembre).<\/p>\n

ARTICULO 2\u00ba: Elevar copia de la presente pieza legal a la Direcci\u00f3n de Cultura de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce<\/p>\n

ARTICULO 3\u00b0: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n
