Bloque Frente de Todos.\u00a0 Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar\u00a0 implementaci\u00f3n de sem\u00e1foros en la\u00a0 intersecci\u00f3n de Avenida Fort\u00edn Malarg\u00fce y Juan Corval\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>La necesidad\u00a0 y el\u00a0 reclamo de los vecinos\u00a0 por los recurrentes accidentes de tr\u00e1nsitos\u00a0 en dicha\u00a0 intersecci\u00f3n, por lo que se hace imprescindible la implementaci\u00f3n d sem\u00e1foros para el orden del tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que es\u00a0 sumamente\u00a0 necesario facilitar la organizaci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1nsito en estas calles dado que las mismas son\u00a0 altamente\u00a0 transitada.<\/p>\n<p>Que es necesario\u00a0 implementar\u00a0 medidas que nos\u00a0 permitan poder tener una\u00a0 adecuada\u00a0 circulaci\u00f3n en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, fortaleciendo\u00a0 la seguridad vial y que para ello es necesario la\u00a0 implementaci\u00f3n de los mismos.<\/p>\n<p>Que los sem\u00e1foros son dispositivos de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n durante los cuales se regula la circulaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de veh\u00edculos, peatones\u00a0 y bicicletas en las v\u00edas asignando\u00a0 el derecho de paso o prelaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos secuencialmente por las indicaciones de luces:\u00a0 rojo, verde y amarillo operadas por una unidad\u00a0 electr\u00f3nica de control.<\/p>\n<p>El sem\u00e1foro ejerce una profunda influencia sobre el flujo de tr\u00e1nsito. Por lo tanto es de\u00a0 vital importancia que la selecci\u00f3n\u00a0 y uso de un importante artefacto de regulaci\u00f3n sea precedido\u00a0 de un estudio exhaustivo del sitio y de las condiciones\u00a0 del\u00a0 tr\u00e1nsito. Los sem\u00e1foros se usar\u00e1n\u00a0 para desempe\u00f1ar, entre otras cosas las\u00a0 siguientes\u00a0 funciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Interrumpir peri\u00f3dicamente\u00a0 el tr\u00e1nsito\u00a0 de una corriente vehicular o \u00a0 peatonal para\u00a0 permitir el paso de\u00a0 otra corriente vehicular.<\/li>\n<li>Regular\u00a0 la velocidad\u00a0 de los veh\u00edculos para mantener la circulaci\u00f3n\u00a0 continua a una\u00a0 velocidad constante.<\/li>\n<li>Controlar\u00a0 la circulaci\u00f3n por carriles.<\/li>\n<li>Eliminar o reducir\u00a0 el n\u00famero\u00a0 y gravedad de algunos tipos de accidentes, principalmente\u00a0 los que\u00a0 implican\u00a0 colisiones\u00a0 perpendiculares.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Proporcionar un ordenamiento\u00a0 del tr\u00e1nsito.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>EL HONORABLE\u00a0 CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00b0: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo y por su intermedio a las Secretar\u00edas\u00a0 que correspondan\u00a0 y a la Direcci\u00f3n de Transporte de la Provincia, la colocaci\u00f3n e\u00a0 implementaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de los sem\u00e1foros en las\u00a0 intersecciones de las calles Fort\u00edn\u00a0\u00a0 Malarg\u00fce y Juan Corval\u00e1n de la Ciudad\u00a0 de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 2\u00b0: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo\u00a0 que implemente\u00a0 los medios para el \u00a0 correcto\u00a0 funcionamiento\u00a0 de otros sem\u00e1foros en las arterias de nuestro Departamento.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00b0: Elevar copia de la presente pieza legal, a la Oficina de Direcci\u00f3n de\u00a0 Transporte de\u00a0 la Provincia a cargo\u00a0 del Lic.\u00a0 Javier Castro.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 4\u00b0: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las\u00a0 actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
