Proyectode Resoluci\u00f3n: \u201cSolicitar informe al Departamento Ejecutivo por obra aprobada en Presupuesto 2.020 destinada a la red de\u00a0 gas en Barrio Virgen de los Vientos\u201d<\/p>\n<p>El plan de obras de servicios proyectadas por el Departamento Ejecutivo para el a\u00f1o en curso.<\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que entre las principales obras p\u00fablicas se encuentra la de dotar de servicios esenciales\u00a0 para mejorar la calidad de vida la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>Que\u00a0 en nuestra Ciudad, por el clima patag\u00f3nico, es fundamental proporcionar\u00a0\u00a0 financiamiento y elaborar proyectos por parte del Estado que provean gas natural o licuado a trav\u00e9s de red a los domicilios.<\/p>\n<p>Que \u00a0existe un proyecto privado\u00a0 de gas\u00a0 para abastecer a las familias sobre\u00a0 calle \u00a0 Orlando Arcangelleti.<\/p>\n<p>Que \u00a0el Departamento Ejecutivo tiene programado un emprendimiento que brinde el\u00a0\u00a0 combustible gaseoso a las familias de la zona del barrio Virgen de los Vientos.<\/p>\n<p>Que \u00a0tanto la realizaci\u00f3n de la obra privada, como la estatal, no contemplan\u00a0 alrededor de nueve familias que tienen sus propiedades desde donde finaliza la \u00a0\u00a0 iniciativa privada y hasta el comienzo de la otra estatal.<\/p>\n<p>Que los vecinos de esa zona manifiestan la intenci\u00f3n de poder ser beneficiarios del\u00a0 proyecto municipal para contar con ese vital elemento combustible.<\/p>\n<p>Que \u00a0es preciso obrar en consecuencia.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Solicitar al\u00a0 Departamento Ejecutivo informe sobre la obra de gas en \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Barrio Virgen de los Vientos, los siguientes detalles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estado de avance del proyecto ejecutivo.<\/li>\n<li>Fecha de inicio de la obra.<\/li>\n<li>Posibilidad de incorporar al proyecto las familias ubicadas al sur del Barrio por calle Orlando Arcangeletti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0 Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
