{"id":23018,"date":"2021-01-23T00:00:26","date_gmt":"2021-01-23T03:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=23018"},"modified":"2021-01-15T09:13:48","modified_gmt":"2021-01-15T12:13:48","slug":"23-de-enero-dia-nacional-del-musico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=23018","title":{"rendered":"23 DE ENERO- DIA NACIONAL DEL MUSICO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Congreso de la Naci\u00f3n instituy\u00f3, por medio de la Ley 27.106, al 23 de enero como D\u00eda Nacional del M\u00fasico en conmemoraci\u00f3n al nacimiento de Luis Alberto Spinetta, compositor e int\u00e9rprete musical.<\/p>\n<p>El poeta y cantautor argentino es inspiraci\u00f3n cotidiana para las generaciones de artistas emergentes, y en ese contexto, celebremos que la m\u00fasica se ense\u00f1a en las escuelas teniendo en cuenta el lenguaje propio de su arte, descubriendo las posibilidades expresivas; su relaci\u00f3n con la danza; la participaci\u00f3n en proyectos creativos individuales y colectivos; y la relaci\u00f3n con la construcci\u00f3n de identidad y cultura.<\/p>\n<p>El aprendizaje de un instrumento y la utilizaci\u00f3n de la voz son herramientas educativas que permiten el crecimiento integral de los estudiantes.<\/p>\n<p>En este d\u00eda, el Honorable Concejo Deliberante saluda a todos aquellos que expresan su arte a trav\u00e9s de la m\u00fasica.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Luis_Alberto_Spinetta\"><em><strong>Luis Alberto Spinetta<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Naci\u00f3 en Buenos Aires el 23 de enero de 1950 y falleci\u00f3 el 8 de febrero de 2012; fue un cantante, guitarrista, poeta, escritor y compositor argentino, considerado uno de los m\u00e1s importantes y respetados m\u00fasicos de Latinoam\u00e9rica.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-23023 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/spinetta-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"274\" height=\"274\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/spinetta-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/spinetta-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/spinetta.jpg 628w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 274px) 100vw, 274px\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La complejidad instrumental, l\u00edrica y po\u00e9tica de sus obras le vali\u00f3 el reconocimiento en muchas partes del mundo.
