Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Convocar a autoridades de E.D.E.M.S.A, para informar sobre el origen de la interrupci\u00f3n del suministro el\u00e9ctrico el pasado el 13 y 14 de febrero del corriente a\u00f1o\u201d<\/p>\n<p>La interrupci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica que se registr\u00f3 en la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce con las consecuencias que eso reviste en domicilios y complejos tur\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que los cortes de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica causan variaciones de voltaje que ocasionan un funcionamiento anormal y un probable da\u00f1o permanente en todos los electrodom\u00e9sticos.<\/p>\n<p>Que es importante mencionar que la empresa prestadora del servicio el\u00e9ctrico debe prever esta situaci\u00f3n, con la debida antelaci\u00f3n, garantizando que toda la poblaci\u00f3n afectada tome los recaudos necesarios para que no se afecten artefactos que funcionan con ese tipo de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Que vecinos, comercios, empresas, servicios p\u00fablicos de salud, seguridad, seguridad vial, y toda la infraestructura de nuestra ciudad y localidades aleda\u00f1as deben recibir por parte de E.D.E.M.S.A. la garant\u00eda de que sus servicios no se ver\u00e1n colapsados.<\/p>\n<p>Que muchos vecinos deben utilizar este tipo de energ\u00eda como alternativa a la de gas domiciliario.<\/p>\n<p>Que existe una preocupaci\u00f3n generalizada de los usuarios y es funci\u00f3n del Honorable Concejo Deliberante hacerse eco de las inquietudes de los vecinos y obtener informaci\u00f3n que aclare este tipo de problemas.<\/p>\n<p>Que, es obligaci\u00f3n de las autoridades bregar por mantener y aumentar la calidad de vida de los vecinos.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Convocar al Responsable de E.D.E.M.S.A. (Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Mendoza S.A.), Sucursal Malarg\u00fce, para que informe sobre:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los causales t\u00e9cnicos o de cualquier otro origen que provocaron el corte de suministro de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica en la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce el pasado 13 y 14 de febrero.<\/li>\n<li>Las medidas, obras y planes de contingencia que se llevaron adelante para resolver el problema que afect\u00f3 a nuestra comunidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones \u00a0correspondientes\u00a0 y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
