Bloque Frente de Todos. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Informe sobre roturas de ca\u00f1os en red de agua potable que suministra los Barrios de la Zona Sur de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Los recientes e insistentes reclamos de los vecinos de la Colonia Pehuenche I y II, Colonia H\u00edpica, Nueva Esperanza y Ruta 40 Sur del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que es responsabilidad del Municipio de Malarg\u00fce la provisi\u00f3n del servicio de agua potable en esas zonas.<\/p>\n<p>Que los vecinos de dichos barrios vienen realizando\u00a0 un constante reclamo por la falencia del servicio.<\/p>\n<p>Que el servicio de agua potable es vital para el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de las personas.<\/p>\n<p>Que es un problema de larga data que no reviste un plan de contingencia por inconvenientes el servicio<\/p>\n<p>Que no se ha tenido una respuesta inmediata a los reclamos\u00a0 reiterados de parte del \u00e1rea encargada de prestar este servicio<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARGUE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar\u00a0 al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal\u00a0 a trav\u00e9s del \u00e1rea que corresponda respuestas concretas\u00a0 al requerimiento de los vecinos y a este Honorable Cuerpo sobre los siguientes puntos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estado de la red que suministra el servicio de agua potable a la zona Sur del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce (Colonia Pehuenche I y II, Colonia H\u00edpica, Nueva Esperanza y Ruta 40 Sur)<\/li>\n<li>Mantenimiento de dicha red.<\/li>\n<li>Reparaciones realizadas a la misma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ARTICULO 2\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, remita el procedimiento requerido para que el vecino pueda realizar el reclamo del servicio.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
