Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Convenio transitorio entre el \u00a0Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal y \u00a0la Comisi\u00f3n de Energ\u00eda At\u00f3mica por mantenimiento \u201cParque El Mirador\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La necesidad de generar Convenio para la puesta en valor del Parque El Mirador que se encuentra ubicado en el predio del Organismo Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que el Parque El Mirador se inauguro en el a\u00f1o 2017 y desde entonces no ha sido\u00a0 efectivo su uso\u00a0 ya que no ha habido un convenio especifico\u00a0 que detalle las responsabilidades entre la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce y la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Energ\u00eda At\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p>Que el Parque Mirador se encuentra en inmejorables condiciones pero necesita el mantenimiento regular que asegure \u00a0el uso seguro y saludable de los vecinos.<\/p>\n<p>Que los\u00a0espacios e instalaciones que se encuentran en el predio afectan de manera positiva en el comportamiento de la comunidad, motivan y fortalecen las relaciones entre los vecinos,\u00a0 estrecha\u00a0 los v\u00ednculos comunitarios y fomentan el sentido de identidad.<\/p>\n<p>Que el convenio que se propone \u00a0es necesario realizarlo a la mayor \u00a0brevedad ya que las mencionadas instalaciones est\u00e1n en estado de abandono y urge generar los compromisos para que pueda ser de beneficio para la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>Que desde la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce se ha solicitado el \u00a0traspaso de las siete hect\u00e1reas del Parque El Mirador\u00a0 a la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce \u00a0para su apertura y mantenimiento y \u00a0establecer las responsabilidades.<\/p>\n<p>Que este tr\u00e1mite puede extenderse en el tiempo con el consecuente agravamiento del estado actual de abandono de las instalaciones.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARGUE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar \u00a0la firma de un Convenio Transitorio entre la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce y la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Energ\u00eda At\u00f3mica con el fin de establecer las responsabilidades necesarias para el mantenimiento y uso del Parque El Mirador en el predio ex-fabril intertanto se celebre el documento definitivo.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 2\u00ba: Enviar copia de la presente Resoluci\u00f3n\u00a0 a Senadores Nacionales\u00a0 por Mendoza para conocimiento y posibles gestiones para agilizar el mencionado convenio.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
