Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Adhesi\u00f3n al Proyecto de Ley Expediente N\u00b0 79.246.<\/p>\n<p>La situaci\u00f3n de Emergencia operativa del servicio de Agua potable y saneamiento en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que es un elemento vital a partir del cual el hombre decide instalarse en el lugar y organizar el territorio.<\/p>\n<p>Que el agua es sin duda el primer problema que debemos enfrentar en nuestra Provincia, sea su uso para consumo humano, riego agr\u00edcola, uso industrial o recreaci\u00f3n, porque en todos estos casos la cuesti\u00f3n es la misma la escasez.<\/p>\n<p>Que la cantidad de agua que disponemos es limitada y con tendencia a su reducci\u00f3n por el cambio clim\u00e1tico, quiz\u00e1s resulta ilustrativo relacionar el recurso escaso con la poblaci\u00f3n que lo necesita, asunto que pocas veces se menciona.<\/p>\n<p>Que ante la problem\u00e1tica que tiene actualmente nuestro Departamento se enviaron notas correspondientes al ente regulador (EPAS) AYSAM y se realizaron gestiones correspondientes para ayudar con los reclamos que env\u00edan los vecinos del Departamento.<\/p>\n<p>Que en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce en \u00e9pocas de verano escasea el agua y el servicio no es acorde a las necesidades de la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>Que es necesario adherir a este proyecto el cual hace menci\u00f3n la Emergencia Operativa del Servicio provisi\u00f3n de agua potable y saneamiento prestado por dicha Empresa en los Departamentos del Sur Mendocino.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESOLUCI\u00d3N<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Adherir al Proyecto de Ley Expediente N\u00b0 79.246 de la Honorable C\u00e1mara de Diputados de la Provincia de Mendoza que Declara la Emergencia Operativa del servicio de Provisi\u00f3n y saneamiento en los Departamentos de San Rafael, General Alvear y Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Enviar copia de la siguiente pieza legal a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados de la Provincia de Mendoza, a las Oficinas de AYSAM Delegaci\u00f3n Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
