Bloque Frente de Todos. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar a Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad declarar como traves\u00eda\u00a0 urbana el tramo\u00a0 de Ruta Nacional\u00a0 N\u00b0 40 Sur entre\u00a0 calle Jorge Newbery y\u00a0 hasta\u00a0 el puente sobre el R\u00edo Malarg\u00fce y su reparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La necesidad\u00a0 de mejorar\u00a0 las condiciones de dicho\u00a0 tramo, ya que en la actualidad se genera\u00a0 potencial\u00a0 peligro en las intersecciones de los ingresos a los Barrios\u00a0 del Sur de la Ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que en el tramo mencionado se produjo un deterioro de la carpeta asf\u00e1ltica con la presencia de baches y grietas ocasionados por el intenso tr\u00e1nsito que circula por el sector, el\u00a0 flujo de tr\u00e1nsito pesado y el escaso mantenimiento de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Que el flujo de circulaci\u00f3n vehicular se ha visto incrementado en la mencionada traza los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os por el asentamiento de muchas viviendas en esa zona de la Ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Que resulta necesario mantener el pavimento en correctas condiciones no s\u00f3lo porque mejora la circulaci\u00f3n, prolonga la vida del veh\u00edculo y reduce el riesgo de accidentes, sino porque tambi\u00e9n afecta a la actividad y a la calidad de vida de todos los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p>Que el tr\u00e1nsito vehicular se ha visto incrementado al retomarse las actividades escolares generando una mayor posibilidad de accidentes viales por lo que contar con ordenadores resulta indispensable.<\/p>\n<p>Que el puente sobre el R\u00edo Malarg\u00fce debe reemplazarse por una estructura m\u00e1s acorde y funcional al tr\u00e1nsito que se pretende generar con el Paso Internacional Pehuenche, pero mientras se resuelva el proceso de judicializaci\u00f3n, resulta necesario el estudio de la reparaci\u00f3n de la estructura actual.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARGUE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar\u00a0 a la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad\u00a0 declare\u00a0 como traves\u00eda\u00a0 urbana el tramo de la Ruta Nacional\u00a0 N\u00b0 40 Sur, desde la calle Jorge Newbery hasta el puente sobre el R\u00edo Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 2\u00ba: Solicitar a la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad la elaboraci\u00f3n del proyecto\u00a0 Ejecutivo como traves\u00eda\u00a0 urbana de la Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 40 desde la calle Jorge Newbey hasta el puente sobre el R\u00edo Malarg\u00fce, con las colectoras viales que\u00a0 estime necesarias y la correspondiente\u00a0 se\u00f1al\u00e9tica\u00a0 y su posterior ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00ba: Encargar a las autoridades de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad\u00a0 el estudio t\u00e9cnico de la estructura del puente sobre el R\u00edo Malarg\u00fce y su reparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 4\u00ba: Elevar copia de la presente pieza legal\u00a0 al\u00a0 Cuarto Distrito de Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 5\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
