VISTO: El Decreto Municipal N\u00b0 744\/2.021<\/a> tendiente a reforzar las restricciones sanitarias para evitar el colapso del sistema de salud ante el aumento de contagios por COVID19. \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Y;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que este Honorable Concejo Deliberante ha emitido diversas normativas con posterioridad al Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia N\u00b0 287\/2.021, todo ello en el marco de la declaraci\u00f3n de Pandemia emitida por la ORGANIZACI\u00d3N MUNDIAL DE LA SALUD (OMS) con fecha 11 de marzo de 2020 y de la emergencia p\u00fablica en materia sanitaria ampliada por el Decreto N\u00b0\u00a0260\/20 y su modificatoria y pr\u00f3rroga.<\/p>\n

Que con fecha 19 de mayo de 2.021 el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal mediante\u00a0 Decreto Municipal N\u00b0 744\/2.021, declar\u00f3 en el Art. 1\u00ba, asueto administrativo para la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Municipal los d\u00edas jueves 20, viernes 21, s\u00e1bado 22, domingo 23, lunes 24, martes 25, mi\u00e9rcoles 26, jueves 27, viernes 28, s\u00e1bado 29 y domingo 30.<\/p>\n

Que como sustento legal, se cita entre otras normativas, la Ley 1.079 que autoriza adoptar todas las medidas tendientes a evitar las epidemias, disminuir sus estragos y remover las causas que las produzcan o las mantengan y todas las dem\u00e1s medidas que concurran a asegurar la salud y el bienestar de la poblaci\u00f3n; por lo cual resulta beneficioso disponer medidas complementarias para hacer cesar incumplimientos en el \u00e1mbito departamental.<\/p>\n

Que con fecha 19 de mayo del corriente a\u00f1o, desde Presidencia, en consenso con la Vicepresidenta 1\u00b0, la Vicepresidenta 2\u00b0 y la Secretaria de este Honorable Cuerpo y en virtud del Decreto Municipal 744\/2.021 se acord\u00f3 adherir a dicha disposici\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n

EL PRESIDENTE DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Adherir al Decreto Municipal N\u00b0 744\/2.021, declar\u00e1ndose asueto administrativo en el \u00e1mbito del Honorable Concejo Deliberante los d\u00edas jueves 20, viernes 21, s\u00e1bado 22, domingo 23, lunes 24, martes 25, mi\u00e9rcoles 26, jueves 27, viernes 28, s\u00e1bado 29 y domingo 30 inclusive, todos del corriente a\u00f1o.-<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Suspender la Sesi\u00f3n convocada para el d\u00eda 20 de mayo y la Sesi\u00f3n Especial del d\u00eda 25 de mayo, ambas del 2.021.-<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0: Suspender el pago de Becas hasta el d\u00eda\u00a0 31 de mayo de 2.021, inclusive.-<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00b0: El Honorable Concejo Deliberante quedar\u00e1 en estado de guardia pasiva, convoc\u00e1ndose a tales fines el personal necesario.-<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 5\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n
