Coordinadora de Rentas.\u00a0 Concesi\u00f3n, Uso y Explotaci\u00f3n Comercial de los Locales 1 y 2 del Cementerio\u00a0 Municipal. <a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/hcdpdf\/on%202095%202021%20concesion%20locales%20cementerio.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7950\" src=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"113\" height=\"113\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 113px) 100vw, 113px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Que el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, eleva a este Honorable Concejo\u00a0 Deliberante<\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que en el Expediente remitido por el Departamento Ejecutivo, se requiere la aprobaci\u00f3n de los pliegos de condiciones y autorizaci\u00f3n para el \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 llamado a Licitaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica para Concesi\u00f3n, Uso y Explotaci\u00f3n Comercial de los \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Locales 1 y 2 del Cementerio Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Que el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, eleva a este Honorable Concejo Deliberante<\/p>\n<p>Que la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades en su Art\u00edculo 105\u00b0, inc. 19, establece que: Son atribuciones y deberes del Jefe del Departamento Ejecutivo, celebrar \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 contratos sobre las propiedades inmuebles de la Municipalidad con previa \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 autorizaci\u00f3n del Honorable Concejo Deliberante y Licitaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>ORDENA<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00b0: Apru\u00e9bese en su totalidad Pliegos de Condiciones obrantes desde fs. 02 a\u00a0 38 del\u00a0 Expediente N\u00b0 1.666 \u2013 L \u2013 2.021. Coordinadora de Rentas. Concesi\u00f3n, Uso y Explotaci\u00f3n Comercial de los Locales 1 y 2 del Cementerio Municipal, autoriz\u00e1ndose el correspondiente llamado a Licitaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, c\u00famplase, publ\u00edquese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
