Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar a Direcci\u00f3n Nacional Vialidad carteler\u00eda de indicadores\u00a0 informativos, reglamentar\u00edas y preventivas en Ruta Nacional 40 y Ruta Nacional 145 Paso Internacional Pehuenche.<\/p>\n<p>La necesidad de reforzar la carteler\u00eda necesaria en las Rutas mencionadas ya que son de suma importancia para brindar mejores servicios y de seguridad Vial para todos los que transiten las mencionadas Rutas Nacionales<\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que es necesario reforzar las se\u00f1ales de informaci\u00f3n en las mencionadas Rutas Nacionales debido a su importancia en el tr\u00e1nsito de veh\u00edculos comunes como de tr\u00e1nsito pesado.<\/p>\n<p>Que el turismo y el transporte internacional han aumentado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os \u00a0 debido a la habilitaci\u00f3n del Paso Internacional Pehuenche y su posterior habilitaci\u00f3n de carga pesada en la Ruta Nacional 145.<\/p>\n<p>Que en el tiempo de parici\u00f3n de ganado caprino y su trashumancia hacia la zona cordillerana hace que se refuerce la informaci\u00f3n de la misma, mediante carteler\u00eda indicadora destinada para tal fin y as\u00ed evitar accidentes teniendo en cuenta que el tr\u00e1nsito de turistas as\u00ed lo requiere.<\/p>\n<p>Que las se\u00f1ales viales de Ruta pueden dividirse en:<\/p>\n<p><u>Informativas<\/u> que identifican, orientan o hacen referencia a aspectos tales \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 como servicios, lugares hist\u00f3ricos, destinos, y rutas que sean de utilidad.<\/p>\n<p><u>Reglamentarias<\/u> son aquellas que transmiten \u00f3rdenes espec\u00edficas.<\/p>\n<p>P<u>reventivas<\/u> que anticipan las distintas situaciones a lo largo de la traza de la \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ruta, sean o no peligrosas.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar a Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad la posibilidad de la instalaci\u00f3n de carteler\u00eda de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n informativas, reglamentarias y preventivas en el tramo\u00a0 de la Ruta N\u00b0 40 hasta el l\u00edmite con el\u00a0 R\u00edo Barrancas al Sur\u00a0 y la Ruta Internacional N\u00b0 145 Paso Internacional Pehuenche, Ruta N\u00b0 188, Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 186. Se adjunta nota con sugerencias para los nombres.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Requerir a Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad acepte en la medida de sus \u00a0 posibilidades, las distintas sugerencias que organizaciones civiles y estatales\u00a0 consideren necesarias para la ubicaci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1al\u00e9tica en zonas semi-urbanas, \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 rurales y tur\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Enviar copia del presente proyecto a Legisladores por Malarg\u00fce en la \u00a0\u00a0 C\u00e1mara de Senadores de la Provincia de Mendoza, al Coordinador de Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad con sede en la Provincia de Mendoza el Ingeniero Guillermo Amstutz.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
