Proyecto de Comunicaci\u00f3n: Aconsejar\u00a0 a la Comunidad de Malarg\u00fce, se informe a trav\u00e9s de datos emitidos por fuentes oficiales, sobre contexto epidemiol\u00f3gico COVID-19, a efectos de limitar\u00a0 falsas noticias.<\/p>\n<p>La Campa\u00f1a de Informaci\u00f3n, Difusi\u00f3n y Concientizaci\u00f3n sobre la responsabilidad ciudadana que disponemos todos los vecinos\/as a informarse a trav\u00e9s de fuentes oficiales para imitar la propagaci\u00f3n de falsas noticias en el contexto epidemiol\u00f3gico, sobre todas las l\u00edneas oficiales que ofrece la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, Hospital Regional Malarg\u00fce y \u00c1rea Sanitaria Malarg\u00fce, para informar y tambi\u00e9n sobre las consecuencias que tiene la propagaci\u00f3n de las falsas noticias.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que desde la venta de l\u00ednea de curas falsas contra la enfermedad, hasta Ciber ataques a sistemas de informaci\u00f3n cr\u00edticos de los Hospitales, hay personas que explotan la crisis de COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Que las Naciones Unidas advierten de estas actividades delictivas e intensifican su lucha contra la proliferaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n falsa sobre el virus.<\/p>\n<p>Que para vencer el coronavirus, lo que necesitamos son hechos y datos cient\u00edficos, y, \u00a0esperanza y solidaridad, en vez de desesperaci\u00f3n y divisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Que \u201cNo solo luchamos contra una epidemia, sino tambi\u00e9n con una infodemia\u201d, dijo Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director General de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS), en una reuni\u00f3n de expertos en pol\u00edtica exterior y seguridad en la Ciudad alemana de Munich a mediados de febrero, refiri\u00e9ndose a las noticias falsas que \u201cse propagan m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente que el virus\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Que se aconseja a la Comunidad que se tomen como fuentes\u00a0 oficiales de COVID-19, a los Ministerio de Salud\u00a0 Provincial y Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN EL USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>COMUNICA<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00b0 Aconsejar\u00a0 a la Comunidad de Malarg\u00fce, se informe a trav\u00e9s de datos emitidos por fuentes oficiales, sobre el contexto epidemiol\u00f3gico COVID-19, a efectos\u00a0 de limitar\u00a0 falsas noticias.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 2\u00b0: Evitar durante la emergencia sanitaria la difusi\u00f3n de rumores, desinformaci\u00f3n, lo cual puede\u00a0 crear confusi\u00f3n y desconfianza entre la poblaci\u00f3n y reiterar\u00a0 eficacia a la respuesta de la salud p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00b0: Difundir en la Comunidad de Malarg\u00fce que durante el contexto epidemiol\u00f3gico COVID-19 el \u00c1rea\u00a0 Sanitaria Malarg\u00fce, Hospital Regional\u00a0 Malarg\u00fce y Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce sostienen el \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 cometido de garantizar\u00a0 a la poblaci\u00f3n el brindar informaci\u00f3n veraz y de calidad, as\u00ed \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 como dar a conocer y fomentar la cooperaci\u00f3n y actos\u00a0 de solidaridad.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 4\u00b0: Enviar copia de la presente pieza legal\u00a0 al Hospital Regional Malarg\u00fce, \u00c1rea Sanitaria de Malarg\u00fce y medios de comunicaci\u00f3n\u00a0 locales.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 5\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
