(Expte. N\u00ba 4.985-HC 034-2021)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Departamental el \u201cCurso B\u00e1sico en prevenci\u00f3n y t\u00e9cnicas de seguridad en conducci\u00f3n todo terreno\u201d dictado por Centro de Formaci\u00f3n Vial CAPS TT(Expte. N\u00ba 4.992-HC 035-2021)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Acompa\u00f1ar el pedido de los Profesionales de Higiene y Seguridad Laboral y Medio Ambiente a la Comisi\u00f3n de Legislaci\u00f3n y Asuntos Constitucionales de la Honorable C\u00e1mara de Diputados de la Provincia.(Expte. N\u00ba 4.968-HC 33-2021)<\/p>\n<p>En el punto<em><strong> i), <\/strong><\/em>la Concejal Rojo mocion\u00f3 por la desafectaci\u00f3n del Expte. N\u00ba 1731\/2021-0 Directora de Asesor\u00eda Letrada Ref.: Proyecto de Ordenanza -Autorizaci\u00f3n Venta por remate de veh\u00edculos en desuso; el cual no prosper\u00f3 ya que solo obtuvo los votos del Bloque Frente Cambia Mendoza y necesita 2\/3; y por otra parte la Concejal Favari mocion\u00f3 por la desafectaci\u00f3n del Expte N\u00ba4.988 HC 035-2021-Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Reconocer y poner en valor la trayectoria de las locutoras Estela L\u00f3pez, Marcela Moya y el locutor David Antonio Jaquez y la labor del formador y orientador de locutores el operador de LV19 Radio Nacional y FM 88.1 Walter Iv\u00e1n Kappes, la cual se aprob\u00f3 una <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre tablas y de forma un\u00e1nime se aprob\u00f3 la <strong>Ordenanza<\/strong> en referencia al Expediente proveniente del Departamento Ejecitivo N\u00ba 2769\/2021-0 Directora de Asesor\u00eda Letrada -Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce Ref.: Proyecto de Ordenanza-Declarar de Inter\u00e9s econ\u00f3mico, energ\u00e9tico, tur\u00edstico, social la Obra Portezuelo del Viento\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Suman un total de 5 Piezas Legales las aprobadas por el cuerpo el dia de la
