Proyecto \u00a0 de Resoluci\u00f3n: Acompa\u00f1ar el pedido de los profesionales de Higiene y\u00a0 Seguridad\u00a0 Laboral y Medio Ambiente a la Comisi\u00f3n Legislaci\u00f3n\u00a0 y Asuntos Constitucionales\u00a0 de la \u00a0Honorable C\u00e1mara de Diputados\u00a0 de la Provincia de Mendoza.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a la situaci\u00f3n laboral que sufren los profesionales de Seguridad e Higiene y Seguridad Laboral y Medio Ambiente del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce acompa\u00f1amos\u00a0 el pedido ante el Senado de la Provincia y\/o a quien corresponda para sugerir cambios en los Expedientes. 75.305 HCD, Expte 61.022 acum. 62.730-69.184 HCD Proyecto de Ley de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados y Senadores de \u00a0la Provincia de Mendoza, sobre el Colegio de Profesionales de los mismos.<\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que los profesionales del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce se ven \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 perjudicados a la hora de realizar selecci\u00f3n de la ubicaci\u00f3n de sucursales debido a que \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 se eligen por regiones y\/o superficie territorial.<\/p>\n<p>Que Malarg\u00fce tiene una realidad distinta a la zona centro este, oeste e incluso a \u00a0 Departamentos pertenecientes a la regi\u00f3n sur de la provincia..<\/p>\n<p>Que por lo anterior expuesto nuestros profesionales necesitan tener un representante \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 dentro del Colegio con voz y voto.<\/p>\n<p>Que es importante aclarar que los fondos recaudados en el Departamento ser\u00e1n \u00a0 destinados \u00a0a los profesionales del mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Que en virtud de este pedido se adjunta sugerencia de la mencionada Ley destacadas con color amarillo lo que se deber\u00eda modificar y color rojo lo que deber\u00eda agregar.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Acompa\u00f1ar el pedido de los profesionales de Higiene y\u00a0 Seguridad Laboral y Medio Ambiente, \u00a0a la Comisi\u00f3n de \u00a0Legislaci\u00f3n y Asuntos Constitucionales de la \u00a0Honorable C\u00e1mara de Diputados\u00a0 de la Provincia de Mendoza, Presidida por el Diputado Lic.
