Proyecto de Ordenanza: Creaci\u00f3n del Concejo Deliberante Estudiantil. <a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/hcdpdf\/Rn%20259%202021%20concejo%20deliberante%20estudiantil.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7950\" src=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"64\" height=\"64\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 64px) 100vw, 64px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que la petici\u00f3n formulada por la Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n Higiene, Moralidad, Acci\u00f3n Social y Cultura, solicitando pr\u00f3rroga para el tratamiento del Proyecto de Ordenanza \u201cCreaci\u00f3n\u00a0 del Concejo Deliberante Estudiantil\u201d se encuentra encuadrado en los extremos del art. 26 Bis del Reglamento Interno del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Que en virtud de la complejidad y naturaleza de dicho proyecto, resulta necesario aprobar una pr\u00f3rroga de DIEZ (10) d\u00edas a los fines de otorgarle al mismo un debido tratamiento y disponer de su despacho\/s definitivo\/s.-<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE\u00a0 EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00b0: Aprobar la pr\u00f3rroga de DIEZ (10) d\u00edas corridos para disponer del despacho definitivo del Expediente N\u00b0 4.924 HC 030 \u2013 2.021. Bloque Frente de Todos. Proyecto de Ordenanza: Creaci\u00f3n del Concejo Deliberante Estudiantil.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 2\u00b0: Rem\u00edtase la presente pieza legal a la Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n, Higiene, Moralidad, Acci\u00f3n Social y Cultura a los efectos de su notificaci\u00f3n y fines legales pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00b0: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
