Bloque Frente Cambia Mendoza. Proyecto de Ordenanza: Denominaci\u00f3n calles existentes en Barrio Virgen del Carmen y colocaci\u00f3n de carteles nomencladores correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p>La solicitud presentada por la Uni\u00f3n Vecinal\u00a0 del Barrio Virgen del Carmen, en el sentido de nominar arterias de dicho barrio.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que desde el punto de vista urban\u00edstico, resulta de vital importancia la correcta identificaci\u00f3n de las calles que integran el barrio.<\/p>\n<p>Que es potestad de este Honorable Concejo Deliberante, ordenar la denominaci\u00f3n de las calles que integran el radio urbano de la Ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Que resulta doblemente importante ya que dichas denominaciones surgen del consenso propuesto con la Uni\u00f3n Vecinal del barrio.<\/p>\n<p>Que consensuar con los vecinos en sus espacios de participaci\u00f3n social cotidianos, permitir\u00e1 a los mismos abordar trayectos de construcci\u00f3n, tendientes a fortalecer el sentimiento de pertenencia colectiva.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>ORDENA<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00b0: Des\u00edgnese los nombres a las calles existentes del Barrio Virgen del Carmen.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 2\u00b0: Des\u00edgnese con el nombre de \u201cLos Cerrillos Nevados\u201d, a la calle que limita al Este con Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 40 Sur, al Oeste hasta intersecci\u00f3n calle interior innominada, orientaci\u00f3n este \u2013 oeste, que se ubica entre las siguientes coordenadas -35.538722; -69.594760 y -35.538037 y -69.605044.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00b0: Des\u00edgnese con el nombre de \u201cEl Malal\u201d a la calle que limita al Norte con la calle \u201cLos Cerrillos Nevados\u201d y al Sur con calle \u201cSanta Fe\u201d orientaci\u00f3n Norte \u2013 Sur, intersecci\u00f3n entre las coordenadas mencionadas en el Art\u00edculo 2\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 4\u00b0: Des\u00edgnese con el nombre de \u201cEsilda Urrutia\u201d, a la calle que limita al Este con Ruta Nacional N\u00b0 40 Sur y al Oeste con Camping La Costa orientaci\u00f3n Este \u2013 Oeste, coordenadas 35540921; -69.597844, Seg\u00fan Anexo I.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 5\u00b0: Ord\u00e9nese al Departamento Ejecutivo, la instalaci\u00f3n de la respectiva carteler\u00eda identificatoria de las calles de referencia. Siendo imputados todos los gastos emergentes de la aplicaci\u00f3n de la presente Ordenanza al Presupuesto General de Gastos vigente.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 6\u00b0: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, c\u00famplase, publ\u00edquese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
