Donaci\u00f3n de ochavas y espacios de equipamientos\u00a0 ubicado en los Barrios Cari Lauquen, Palau Mahuida I, Palau Mahuida II, Mechenquil, El Trapal II, SUTE y Nahuel Cur\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>El Expte. N\u00ba 2.347\/2019 Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que\u00a0 conforme Ordenanza Municipal N\u00ba 2024\/19 de fecha 30 de \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 mayo de 2019 se acept\u00f3 la donaci\u00f3n de calles efectuada por el IPV a favor de la\u00a0 Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce y que involucran a los Barrios Cari Lauquen, Palau\u00a0 Mahuida I, Palau Mahuida II, Mechenquil, El Trapal II, SUTE y Nahuel Cura, por \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 una Superficie Total de DOCE HECT\u00c1REAS TRES MIL SETECIENTOS\u00a0 SESENTA Y SEIS METROS DIECIS\u00c9IS DEC\u00cdMETROS CUADRADOS (12 \u00a0 Has 3.766,16m2), a desglosarse de seis t\u00edtulos distintos.<\/p>\n<p>Que \u00a0habiendo ingresado el Expediente administrativo municipal al Registro de la Propiedad Inmueble para su inscripci\u00f3n, en fecha 19 de marzo de 2021, el mismo DEVOLVI\u00d3 CON RESERVA hasta tanto se indique en la Ordenanza N\u00ba 2024\/19 las superficies a desglosar de cada inmueble.<\/p>\n<p>Que en consecuencia, se hace necesario rectificar la Ordenanza N\u00ba 2024\/19, indicando las superficies a desglosar de cada Matr\u00edcula involucrada, siendo \u00e9stas las Matr\u00edculas: 4891\/19 (T\u00edtulo 1), 4892\/19 (T\u00edtulo 2), 4893\/19 (T\u00edtulo 3), 4894\/19 (T\u00edtulo 4), 4898\/19 (T\u00edtulo 5) y 4890\/19 (T\u00edtulo 6), para la correcta inscripci\u00f3n de \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 la donaci\u00f3n de calles.<\/p>\n<p>Que \u00a0revisado nuevamente el Expediente Municipal de referencia, del Proyecto de Plano, confeccionado por el Agrimensor H\u00e9ctor Ojeda, surgen los res\u00famenes de superficies de las calles, ochavas y espacios para equipamientos a donar.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS.<\/p>\n<p>ORDENA<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Modif\u00edquese\u00a0 el Art\u00edculo 1\u00b0 de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 2.024\/2.019 la que quedar\u00e1 redactada de la siguiente manera: Aceptase la Donaci\u00f3n efectuada a la Municipalidad\u00a0 de Malarg\u00fce por parte del Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda de las superficies destinadas a calles,\u00a0 ochavas y espacios para equipamientos de los Barrios Cari Lauquen, Palau Mahuida I, Palau Mahuida II, Mechenquil, El Trapal II, SUTE y Nahuel Cura; y que involucran las siguientes superficies, t\u00edtulos y matr\u00edculas\u00a0 conforme Proyecto \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 de Plano confeccionado por el Agrimensor H\u00e9ctor Ojeda: 1)\u00a0 T\u00edtulo I, Matr\u00edcula 4891\/19: Superficie de DOS MIL CIENTO SETENTA Y DOS \u00a0\u00a0 METROS TREINTA Y CUATRO DEC\u00cdMETROS CUADRADOS (2.172,34m2); 2) \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 T\u00edtulo II, Matr\u00edcula 4892\/19: Superficie de CINCO HECT\u00c1REAS TRES MIL\u00a0 DOSCIENTOS CUARENTA Y CUATRO METROS SETENTA Y DOS DEC\u00cdMETROS CUADRADOS (5 Has. 3.244,72 m2); 3) T\u00edtulo III, Matr\u00edcula \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 4893\/19: Superficie de UNA HECT\u00c1REA SIETE MIL DOSCIENTOS VEINTICINCO METROS VEINTICUATRO DEC\u00cdMETROS CUADRADOS (1 Ha. 7.225,24 m2); 4) T\u00edtulo IV, Matr\u00edcula 4894\/19: Superficie de DOS MIL VEINTICINCO METROS CINCUENTA Y NUEVE DEC\u00cdMETROS \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 CUADRADOS (2.025,59m2); 5) T\u00edtulo 5, Matr\u00edcula 4898\/19: Superficie de UNA \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 HECT\u00c1REA DOS MIL CUATROCIENTOS CUARENTA Y CUATRO \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 METROS UN DEC\u00cdMETRO CUADRADO (1 Ha. 2.444,01 m2); 6) T\u00edtulo VI, \u00a0 Matr\u00edcula 4890\/19: Superficie TRES HECT\u00c1REAS SEIS MIL SEISCIENTOS \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 CINCUENTA Y CUATRO METROS VEINTIS\u00c9IS DEC\u00cdMETROS \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 CUADRADOS (3 Has. 6.654,26 m2).<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Proc\u00e9dase a trav\u00e9s del Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a realizar los actos administrativos y jur\u00eddicos necesarios para la Inscripci\u00f3n Registral de la aceptaci\u00f3n de la donaci\u00f3n efectuada a favor de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00b0: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, c\u00famplase, publ\u00edquese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
