Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar a la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Vialidad la designaci\u00f3n de un Ingeniero Vial y\/o Civil para cubrir el cargo de jefe de sub zona Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Que se encuentra vacante el cargo de Jefe de Sub Zona Malarg\u00fce de la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Vialidad<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que la tarea de la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Vialidad es planificar y administrar estrat\u00e9gicamente la conservaci\u00f3n, apertura y construcci\u00f3n de caminos bajo su jurisdicci\u00f3n, resolviendo t\u00e9cnicamente futuras necesidades viales, garantizando la libre circulaci\u00f3n de rutas en la Provincia.<\/p>\n<p>Que tanto\u00a0 las autoridades provinciales como los jefes de zonas son ingenieros y\/o arquitectos y que al momento de la creaci\u00f3n de la Sub Zona Malarg\u00fce se determin\u00f3 que la jefatura tambi\u00e9n quedara a manos de un ingeniero, puesto que ocup\u00f3 el Ing. Argentino Abdala hasta el a\u00f1o 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Que de un tiempo a esta parte las designaciones han dejado de recaer en profesionales especializados.<\/p>\n<p>Que teniendo en cuenta las diversas funciones que describe la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Vialidad en su p\u00e1gina oficial, observamos que las mismas dependen en su gran mayor\u00eda de conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos.<\/p>\n<p>Que Malarg\u00fce tiene una red de caminos y rutas provinciales muy amplias en las que se necesita constante atenci\u00f3n, mantenimiento y reparaci\u00f3n y que muchas veces no es posible esperar que un profesional del resto de la provincia viaje para planificar y supervisar las mencionadas tareas.<\/p>\n<p>Que nuestro Departamento cuenta con Profesionales en Ingenier\u00eda que podr\u00edan aspirar a cubrir dicho cargo, lo que redundar\u00eda en beneficios para los habitantes de todo el territorio pero muy especialmente los de la zona rural.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Que ver\u00eda con agrado que la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Vialidad designe a un Ingeniero\/a Vial y\/o Civil para cubrir el Cargo de Jefe de Sub Zona Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Que la mencionada designaci\u00f3n se realice, en la medida de las posibilidades por concurso.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00ba: Remitir copia de la presente al Administrador General de la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Vialidad Ing. Osvaldo Romagnoli.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 4\u00b0: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese\u00a0 copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
