Proveniente del Ejecutivo N\u00ba 4042\/2020-0 MASINO Eduardo Augusto- Molina Reveca. Elevan escrito y planos de mensura y certificaci\u00f3n de firmas en concepto de cesi\u00f3n de derechos y acciones posesorias a favor del municipio para la creaci\u00f3n de Parque Industrial Pata Mora; se aprob\u00f3 por signos: 4 en afirmativo (Ediles Rojo, Varas, Rosas y Villegas) y 1 en negativo (Edil Correa) respectivamente seg\u00fan estipula el Art 138\u00ba del <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=6387\">Reglamento Interno<\/a>; la <strong>Ordenanza<\/strong> que de declara Zona Urbana al area comprendida en la Zona Pata Mora en los terminos dela Ley N\u00ba 9136.<\/p>\n<p>Luego del uso de la palabra de la Edil Silvia Correa y el Edil Martin Palma y con el izamiento del Pabellon Naci\u00f3n se di\u00f3 por finalizada la
