Juan Manuel Ojeda. <a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/hcdpdf\/rn%20352%202021%20denuncia%20intendente.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7950\" src=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"80\" height=\"80\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 80px) 100vw, 80px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que con fecha 31 de agosto de 2.021 se presenta formal denuncia \u00a0 contra el Sr. Intendente Municipal Lic. Juan Manuel Ojeda, fundamentada dicha petici\u00f3n en los Arts. 66\u00b0, 67\u00b0, 68\u00b0, 69\u00b0 y 70\u00b0 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades N\u00b0 1.079.<\/p>\n<p>Que en la respectiva denuncia, el Sr. Jofr\u00e9, ofrece prueba Instrumental, la cual manifiesta que la misma ser\u00e1 puesta a disposici\u00f3n del Cuerpo, no habiendo sido acompa\u00f1ada las mismas al momento de su presentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Que resulta necesaria e indispensable a los fines de otorgarle continuidad a su petici\u00f3n, contar con las pruebas que fueran oportunamente ofrecidas.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE\u00a0 DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN\u00a0 USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO\u00a0 1\u00b0: Emplazar al Sr. Oscar Mario Jofr\u00e9, D.N.I. N\u00b0 14.821.237, para que en el \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 t\u00e9rmino perentorio de cuarenta y ocho horas (48hs) a contar desde la respectiva \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 notificaci\u00f3n, acompa\u00f1e las pruebas instrumentales que fueran ofrecidas al momento de incoar la denuncia al Sr. Intendente Municipal\u00a0 Lic. Juan Manuel Ojeda, de \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 fecha \u00a0 31 de agosto de 2.021, ingresada como nota HC-294, a los fines de otorgarle a su presentaci\u00f3n el tr\u00e1mite que por Ley corresponde.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO\u00a0 2\u00b0: Ordenar la presente notificaci\u00f3n con car\u00e1cter de muy urgente en el domicilio electr\u00f3nico y en su celular v\u00eda whatsaap, ambos denunciados en su presentaci\u00f3n como v\u00edas de contacto.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00b0:Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese \u00a0copia de la presente en las \u00a0 actuaciones correspondientes y\u00a0 arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
