Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo la finalizaci\u00f3n de escrituraci\u00f3n del Barrio Municipal en el marco del PRO.ME.BA.<\/p>\n<p>La necesidad de los vecinos que habitan ese barrio de poder acceder a sus escrituras como seguridad jur\u00eddica de la ocupaci\u00f3n de los inmuebles.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que es necesario garantizar la legalidad de la tenencia de los terrenos por la antig\u00fcedad de la ocupaci\u00f3n de los vecinos de la zona.<\/p>\n<p>Que el proceso de escrituraci\u00f3n se inicio hace mas de 5 a\u00f1os a trav\u00e9s del Programa de Mejoramiento Barrial (PRO.ME.BA) dependiente del Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda en conjunto con la Direcci\u00f3n de Vivienda de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Que es necesario regularizar la ocupaci\u00f3n para poder generar condiciones que garanticen no s\u00f3lo la tenencia sino evitar la venta irregular de lotes y que se siga fraccionando para dicho fin.<\/p>\n<p>Que es importante evaluar las\u00a0 distintas situaciones que tenemos en nuestro Departamento para poder ir trabajando con especificidad sobre la regularizaci\u00f3n dominial.<\/p>\n<p>Que los ciudadanos pierden derechos y garant\u00edas sobre los inmuebles ya que muchos han fallecido, lo que dificulta que se llegue a un resultado que realmente beneficie a quien corresponda.<\/p>\n<p>Que en ese sector hay viviendas construidas por el Estado Municipal por lo que deber\u00eda afianzar t\u00e9rminos y gestiones accesibles para dar respuesta a esa demanda de las familias.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARGUE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal arbitre los medios necesarios para acelerar la finalizaci\u00f3n de escrituraci\u00f3n del Barrio Municipal en el marco del Programa de Mejoramiento Barrial (PRO.ME.BA) del Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Requerir al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal informe sobre el estado de ejecuci\u00f3n de los fondos del Programa del Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda, destinados a la Escrituraci\u00f3n del Barrio Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
