{"id":26628,"date":"2021-10-26T11:16:57","date_gmt":"2021-10-26T14:16:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=26628"},"modified":"2021-10-26T11:16:57","modified_gmt":"2021-10-26T14:16:57","slug":"resolucion-n-423-2-021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=26628","title":{"rendered":"RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00b0 423\/2.021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>VISTO: La Nota HC 374 \u2013 2.021, Concejal Gabriel Rosas presenta Acta de Audiencia de Conciliaci\u00f3n, Expediente N\u00b0 P-101361\/21, Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal de fecha 12 de Octubre del 2.021. <a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/hcdpdf\/Rn%20423%202021%20gabriel%20rosas%20%20%20celso%20forquera.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7950\" src=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"106\" height=\"106\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 106px) 100vw, 106px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que en virtud de lo estipulado por el\u00a0 Art. 5\u00b0 del C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal, en las actuaciones de referencia, ambas partes arribaron a una soluci\u00f3n del conflicto planteado por el Sr. Celso Eliberto Forquera Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n<p>Que dicha soluci\u00f3n arribada tiende a dar por finalizado el conflicto entre las partes.<\/p>\n<p>Que asimismo se encuentra en tratamiento la Nota HC360, Sr. Celso Forquera, Delegado Municipal de La Salinilla, informa situaci\u00f3n acaecida en el Distrito Agua Escondida el pasado 24 de Setiembre, con agresiones verbales y amenazas, adjunta grabaci\u00f3n en audio y cd y copia de denuncia policial, la cual en sesi\u00f3n del d\u00eda de la fecha, fue derivada para su tratamiento a la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda, Presupuesto, Legislaci\u00f3n y Asuntos Constitucionales.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0 Remitir Nota HC 374 \u2013 2.021, Concejal Gabriel Rosas presenta Acta de Audiencia de Conciliaci\u00f3n, Expediente N\u00b0 P-101361\/21, Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal de fecha 12 de Octubre del 2.021 a la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda, Presupuesto, Legislaci\u00f3n y Asuntos Constitucionales a los fines de su acumulaci\u00f3n a la Nota HC 360\/2.021, Sr. Celso Forquera, Delegado Municipal de La Salinilla, informa situaci\u00f3n acaecida en el Distrito Agua Escondida el pasado 24 de Setiembre, con agresiones verbales y amenazas, adjunta grabaci\u00f3n en audio y cd y copia de denuncia policial.-<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
