Ley sobre el manejo de la Medicina Veterinaria Ley N\u00b0 6.472. <a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/hcdpdf\/On%202153%202022%20ley%20manejo%20Medicina%20Veterinaria.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7950\" src=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"84\" height=\"84\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 84px) 100vw, 84px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La necesidad de reglamentar la habilitaci\u00f3n comercial de actividades relacionadas a la medicina veterinaria y rubros a fines.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que es necesario generar una regulaci\u00f3n en todo el proceso de habilitaci\u00f3n comercial que involucre actividades relacionadas al ejercicio de la medicina veterinaria en cualquiera de sus disciplinas, como actividades afines, con el objetivo de acompa\u00f1ar y esclarecer las obligaciones y limitaciones de los establecimientos donde se ejerza la medicina veterinaria (consultorios, veterinaria, cl\u00ednicas, sanatorios, hospitales, laboratorios, dep\u00f3sitos albergues, tienda de animales), en aquellos donde se expendan productos de uso en medicina veterinaria, como en establecimientos de producci\u00f3n animal, donde es necesario contar con la Direcci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de un profesional veterinario.<\/p>\n<p>Que en todo el territorio provincial, el ejercicio de la medicina veterinaria queda sujeto a la Ley de ejercicio de la Profesi\u00f3n N\u00b0 6.472 y su Decreto reglamentario, donde se establece que todos los comercios donde se vendan animales de ornato y compa\u00f1\u00eda, establecimientos donde se almacenen y\/o expendan zooterapicos, albergue de animales, criaderos, escuelas de adiestramiento, entre otras actividades, deben funcionar bajo la Direcci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de un Profesional Veterinario, quien estar\u00e1 a cargo de la sanidad de los animales, del cumplimiento de las condiciones referidas en el Decreto reglamentario para la venta de zooterapicos.<\/p>\n<p>Que es necesario un control sobre los comercios donde realizan ventas de zooterapicos sin la Direcci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de un Profesional Veterinario o que no est\u00e1n debidamente habilitados para tal fin, con el agravante de producir intoxicaciones en mascotas o ni\u00f1os, justificado este \u00faltimo con antecedentes de venta de f\u00e1rmacos de uso veterinario que son indebidamente usados en humanos.<\/p>\n<p>Que es necesario otorgar un marco legal que ampare y permita poner en valor el ejercicio de la medicina veterinaria.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS.<\/p>\n<p>ORDENA<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Fac\u00faltese al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a Adherir a la Ley N\u00b0 6.472 Ejercicio de la Medicina Veterinaria.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Determ\u00ednese como Autoridad de Aplicaci\u00f3n a la Direcci\u00f3n de Veterinaria y Zoonosis de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, con el respaldo del Colegio de M\u00e9dicos Veterinarios.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00b0:Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, c\u00famplase, publ\u00edquese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la \u00a0 presente en las actuaciones\u00a0 correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
