{"id":27734,"date":"2022-04-12T11:54:33","date_gmt":"2022-04-12T14:54:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=27734"},"modified":"2022-04-12T11:54:33","modified_gmt":"2022-04-12T14:54:33","slug":"resolucion-n-064-2-022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=27734","title":{"rendered":"\u00a0RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00b0 064\/2.022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>VISTO: El Honorable Concejo Deliberante se encuentra en pleno ejercicio de Sesiones Ordinarias. <a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/hcdpdf\/Rn%20064%202022%20comision%20seguimiento%20cloacas.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7950\" src=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"84\" height=\"84\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 84px) 100vw, 84px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que por imperio del Art. 76\u00b0 de la Ley N\u00b0 1.079 Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades, el Honorable Concejo Deliberante se encuentra facultado para proceder a la conformaci\u00f3n de Comisiones Especiales necesarias para dirigir Obras P\u00fablicas, estableciendo un l\u00edmite de tres (3) miembros, quienes deber\u00e1n dar cumplimiento a los objetivos all\u00ed establecidos, a obra en ejecuci\u00f3n objeto de seguimiento es respecto al Sistema Integral de Recolecci\u00f3n y Tratamiento de Efluentes Cloacales de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce, para lo cual en la presente Sesi\u00f3n se ha dispuesto la conformaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Especial<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Conformar la Comisi\u00f3n Especial de Seguimiento de Obra de Sistema Integral de Recolecci\u00f3n y Tratamiento de Efluentes Cloacales Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce, la cual estar\u00e1 conformada con los siguientes Concejales:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sr.<\/strong> <strong>Mart\u00edn Palma (Bloque Frente Cambia Mendoza)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sr. Gabriel Rosas (Bloque Frente Cambia Mendoza)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sra.
