Proyecto de Loteo. <a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/hcdpdf\/On%202154%202022%20condonacion%20de%20deuda%20Consorcio%20Nuevo%20Horizonte.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7950\" src=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"98\" height=\"98\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 98px) 100vw, 98px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El reclamo de los vecinos que conforman el Consorcio Nuevo Horizonte de prescripci\u00f3n de deuda por tasas municipales.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que la tasa por servicio a la propiedad ra\u00edz conocido como \u201cImpuesto municipal\u201d es una contribuci\u00f3n que se cobra sobre el inmueble donde reside la persona, que comprende una serie de prestaciones de servicios que realiza el municipio tales como lo son: recolecci\u00f3n de residuos, limpieza, barrido, riego, limpieza y reparaci\u00f3n de acequias, conservaci\u00f3n de pavimento, arbolado, higienizaci\u00f3n de plazas y espacios verdes como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n otras mejoras.<\/p>\n<p>Que dicho predio no recibe ninguna prestaci\u00f3n por parte del municipio, seg\u00fan consta en el citado expediente informado por la Direcci\u00f3n de Servicios P\u00fablicos y Asesor\u00eda Letrada.<\/p>\n<p>Que es necesario que dicho barrio contin\u00fae con el proceso de urbanizaci\u00f3n, para lo cual no debe tener deudas con el municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Que en reiteradas ocasiones, por nota y de manera personal, los vecinos han solicitado la resoluci\u00f3n de este inconveniente.<\/p>\n<p>Que es preciso obrar en consecuencia.<\/p>\n<p>EL\u00a0 HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE\u00a0 LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>ORDENA<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Cond\u00f3nese\u00a0 la deuda existente a partir del a\u00f1o 2.010 a la fecha del Consorcio Nuevo Horizonte referido a tasas por servicio a la propiedad ra\u00edz con la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, por no prestar ning\u00fan servicio que lo habilite para tal efecto.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Inact\u00edvese el Padr\u00f3n Catastral s\u00f3lo respecto a la tasa municipal por servicios a la propiedad ra\u00edz, hasta tanto se presten los mismos.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese\u00a0 a Direcci\u00f3n de Rentas, Catastro y Autoridades de la Comisi\u00f3n del Consorcio Nuevo Horizonte.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, c\u00famplase, publ\u00edquese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
