Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar a la Direcci\u00f3n de Transporte Delegaci\u00f3n Sur establecer mayor frecuencia de transporte p\u00fablico en la zona sur de la Ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>La necesidad de los vecinos de los Barrios Virgen del Carmen, Barrio Grassi, Colonia H\u00edpica, Barrio Procrear, la unidad de cuerpos especiales, comerciantes y estudiantes del terciario de agregar un\u00a0 recorrido en el horario vespertino y\/o nocturno.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que se ha tomado conocimiento\u00a0 que \u00a0vecinos de los barrios mencionados, comerciantes, cuerpos especiales y estudiantes de nivel terciario y universitario, necesitan la incorporaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de una frecuencia vespertina y\/o nocturna en sus recorridos habituales para favorecer el regreso a sus hogares.<\/p>\n<p>Que es de suma importancia poder dejar efectivo este recorrido ya que el horario nocturno de la zona es de mucha inseguridad ya que no se cuenta con las luminarias necesarias en zonas de calle Maza y Los Teros hacia el sur ni tampoco en zona de Ruta 40 Sur.<\/p>\n<p>Que al haber un incremento urban\u00edstico de la zona sur de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce es\u00a0 necesario contar con dicho servicio.<\/p>\n<p>Que no se dispone de una l\u00ednea de frecuencia acorde para\u00a0 el nivel educativo secundario y terciario.<\/p>\n<p>Que es necesario articular transporte, educaci\u00f3n y trabajo, teniendo en cuenta las distancias de estos barrios al kil\u00f3metro cero de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Que es necesario sumar una frecuencia de cuatro recorridos diarios en la semana y dos recorridos el fin de semana a la zona sur de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar\u00a0 a la Delegaci\u00f3n Sur de Transporte de la Provincia de Mendoza a cargo del Ingeniero H\u00e9ctor L\u00f3pez, aumento de frecuencias y ampliaci\u00f3n del recorrido en la zona sur de la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce, que comprenda los siguientes recorridos: Colonia Pehuenche I, Colonia Emprendedores, Barrio Virgen del Carmen, Colonia H\u00edpica, Barrio Procrear, Loteo Independencia, 60\u00b0 Aniversario, Ruta 40 Sur incluida,. Teniendo en cuenta la actividad comercial y educacional para la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 2\u00ba: Enviar copia del presente proyecto a la Direcci\u00f3n de V\u00edas y Medios de Transporte Delegaci\u00f3n Sur Director Javier Castro y a la Empresa de Transporte Cata encargada Carina James.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
