Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Adherir al Proyecto de Ley Expediente N\u00b0 74.777 de la Honorable C\u00e1mara de Senadores Programa Integral de Prevenci\u00f3n y Atenci\u00f3n del Suicidio PIPAS.<\/p>\n<p>En virtud de la necesidad de abordar la problem\u00e1tica con pol\u00edticas claras y de manera integral.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que en nuestro Departamento y en toda la Provincia de Mendoza se han visto en aumento este tipo de situaciones que da\u00f1a a la sociedad en su conjunto y a cada familiar en particular.<\/p>\n<p>Que el abordaje integral de la problem\u00e1tica requiere un an\u00e1lisis profundo en el que el Estado debe realizar pol\u00edticas claras al respecto.<\/p>\n<p>Que acompa\u00f1ar desde el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce es fundamental ya que nuestro Departamento tiene \u00edndices muy altos sobre todo en la poblaci\u00f3n joven.<\/p>\n<p>Que el suicidio es considerado un problema de Salud P\u00fablica y como tal debe ser abordado desde el Estado con gran creciente inclusive a nivel mundial, teniendo en cuenta que existe la Ley Nacional N\u00b0 27.130 de Prevenci\u00f3n del Suicidio, sancionada en el a\u00f1o 2.015 y que todav\u00eda no se ha aprobado su reglamentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Adherir en todas sus formas al Expediente N\u00b0 74.777 de la C\u00e1mara de Senadores de la Provincia de Mendoza Proyecto de Ley Programa Integral de Prevenci\u00f3n y Atenci\u00f3n del Suicidio (PIPAS).<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Remitir copia de la presente pieza legal a la C\u00e1mara de Senadores de la Provincia de Mendoza.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese,\u00a0 agr\u00e9guese copia\u00a0 de\u00a0 la\u00a0 presente\u00a0 en\u00a0 las\u00a0 actuaciones\u00a0 y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA\u00a0 EN\u00a0 LA\u00a0 SALA\u00a0 DE\u00a0 SESIONES\u00a0 DR.\u00a0 RICARDO\u00a0 BALBIN DEL HONORABLE\u00a0 CONCEJO\u00a0 DELIBERANTE\u00a0 DE\u00a0 LA\u00a0 MUNICIPALIDAD\u00a0 DE\u00a0 MALARG\u00dcE\u00a0 A\u00a0 DIECINUEVE D\u00cdAS\u00a0 DE\u00a0 MAYO\u00a0 DE\u00a0 DOS\u00a0 MIL\u00a0 VEINTIDOS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AUTORAS: CONCEJALAS SILVIA CORREA Y CONCEJAL MANDATO CUMPLIDO DANIELA FAVARI BLOQUE FRENTE DE TODOS\u00a0 VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00b0 5.083 HC 041 \u2013 2.022.
