Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Pedido de Informe por edici\u00f3n, impresi\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n del diario &#8220;Malarg\u00fce Hoy\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La distribuci\u00f3n gratuita durante el mes de abril del diario Malarg\u00fce Hoy que informa la gesti\u00f3n del Departamento Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que entre las funciones del Honorable Concejo\u00a0 Deliberante se encuentran redactar nuevas leyes para atender legalmente las realidades que se vayan produciendo en la sociedad, modificar o derogar leyes que hayan quedado obsoletas, que entorpezcan el trabajo del Estado o sean consideradas injustas, fiscalizar el presupuesto municipal y aprobar o denegarlas, interpelar o enjuiciar pol\u00edticamente a funcionarios del ejecutivo y del propio legislativo, en caso de que se considere necesario llevar a cabo alg\u00fan tipo de investigaci\u00f3n, pudiendo adem\u00e1s conducir a la destituci\u00f3n del funcionario y otorgar permisos o poderes especiales al\u00a0 Poder Ejecutivo por determinadas condiciones especiales.<\/p>\n<p>Que la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica en nuestro Departamento no es ajena a la realidad nacional respecto de las familias que viven bajo la l\u00ednea de la pobreza, la indigencia y que sufren el flagelo de la desocupaci\u00f3n por lo que resulta necesario priorizar las intervenciones del Estado Municipal para que sean lo m\u00e1s eficaces y eficientes.<\/p>\n<p>Que durante el presente mes se ha distribuido un diario que da cuenta de la gesti\u00f3n del Departamento Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n<p>Que resulta necesario solicitar informaci\u00f3n a efectos de echar luz sobre este tema para conocimiento de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARGUE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal\u00a0 informe sobre la Empresa encargada, la periodicidad y los montos destinados a la edici\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n del diario Malarg\u00fce Hoy que informa detalles de la Gesti\u00f3n del Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese,\u00a0 agr\u00e9guese copia\u00a0 de\u00a0 la\u00a0 presente\u00a0 en\u00a0 las\u00a0 actuaciones\u00a0 y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA\u00a0 EN\u00a0 LA\u00a0 SALA\u00a0 DE\u00a0 SESIONES\u00a0 DR.\u00a0 RICARDO\u00a0 BALBIN DEL HONORABLE\u00a0 CONCEJO\u00a0 DELIBERANTE\u00a0 DE\u00a0 LA\u00a0 MUNICIPALIDAD\u00a0 DE\u00a0 MALARG\u00dcE\u00a0 A\u00a0 DIECINUEVE D\u00cdAS\u00a0 DE\u00a0 MAYO\u00a0 DE\u00a0 DOS\u00a0 MIL\u00a0 VEINTIDOS.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AUTORES: CONCEJALES ANDRES RISI, SILVIA CORREA Y CONCEJALES MANDATO CUMPLIDO DANIELA FAVARI, JOSE BARRO Y PAOLA JOFRE BLOQUE FRENTE DE TODOS Concejales Andr\u00e9s Risi, Jos\u00e9 Barro, Paola Jofr\u00e9, Daniela Favari y Silvia Correa VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00b0 5.084 HC 041 \u2013 2022.
