{"id":28571,"date":"2022-06-10T00:00:50","date_gmt":"2022-06-10T03:00:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=28571"},"modified":"2022-06-01T09:43:51","modified_gmt":"2022-06-01T12:43:51","slug":"dia-de-la-reafirmacion-de-los-derechos-argentinos-sobre-las-islas-malvinas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=28571","title":{"rendered":"DIA DE LA REAFIRMACION DE LOS DERECHOS ARGENTINOS SOBRE LAS ISLAS MALVINAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 10 de junio de cada a\u00f1o se conmemora en Argentina la Designaci\u00f3n del Primer Gobernador argentino en las Islas Malvinas en 1829, Luis Vernet.<\/p>\n<p>Este efectivo ejercicio de soberan\u00eda fue interrumpido cuando el 3 de enero de 1833 fuerzas brit\u00e1nicas ocuparon las Islas Malvinas, expulsando a la poblaci\u00f3n y autoridades argentinas all\u00ed establecidas, y reemplaz\u00e1ndolas por otras de origen brit\u00e1nico.<\/p>\n<p>El pueblo argentino nunca consinti\u00f3 este acto de fuerza y ratifica hoy el mandato hist\u00f3rico, reflejado en la Disposici\u00f3n Transitoria Primera de la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional, de su permanente e irrenunciable determinaci\u00f3n de recuperar por la v\u00eda pac\u00edfica de las negociaciones diplom\u00e1ticas el ejercicio pleno de la soberan\u00eda sobre las Islas Malvinas, Georgias del Sur y Sandwich del Sur y los espacios mar\u00edtimos circundantes.<\/p>\n<p>El reclamo argentino ha sido tradicionalmente respaldado por los pa\u00edses de nuestra regi\u00f3n y por relevantes organismos internacionales, incluyendo la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas y la Asamblea General de la Organizaci\u00f3n de los Estados Americanos<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El 10 de junio de cada a\u00f1o se conmemora en Argentina la Designaci\u00f3n del Primer Gobernador argentino en las Islas Malvinas en 1829, Luis Vernet.
