Bloque Frente de Todos. Proyecto de Ordenanza: Solicitar la refacci\u00f3n y reacondicionamiento de la Plaza Juan Manuel de Rosas del Barrio Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>La necesidad de garantizar el esparcimiento y seguridad en la plaza y considerando el mal estado que se encuentra.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que\u00a0 es de suma importancia y necesidad mantener en condiciones los espacios verdes de nuestro Departamento.<\/p>\n<p>Que deber\u00eda existir una pol\u00edtica de gesti\u00f3n mantenimiento y mejoras, dirigidas de forma prioritaria hacia los espacios de mayor concurrencia, siendo los espacios verdes y p\u00fablicos prioridad para el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Que en este sentido, es necesario el mejoramiento de este espacio ya que es un lugar de encuentro y esparcimiento el cual cumple un rol fundamental en el desarrollo, promoci\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n de lazos e interacci\u00f3n de nuestros vecinos.<\/p>\n<p>Que en esta plaza existe un evidente abandono, observando la presencia de malezas, descuido general, juegos de ni\u00f1os en mal estado, iluminaci\u00f3n, abandonada y sin funcionar, entre otras observaciones a la cual se le adjunta im\u00e1genes al siguiente proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>Que desde hace un tiempo se encuentra sin funcionar la bomba de agua que permite el riego y mantenimiento de \u00e1rboles y c\u00e9sped, aduciendo desde el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal que no se cuenta con los fondos necesarios para su reparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Que los vecinos en forma constante han solicitado la recuperaci\u00f3n de este lugar p\u00fablico ya que su estado es un foco de inseguridad para la zona.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>ORDENA<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Solic\u00edtese al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a trav\u00e9s del \u00c1rea que considere correspondiente, el reacondicionamiento y mejora de la Plaza Juan Manuel de Rosas ubicada en el Barrio Municipal de nuestro Departamento.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Imp\u00fatese las partidas presupuestarias necesarias para el cumplimiento de la presente al Presupuesto 2.022.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0: El\u00e9vese copia de la presente a la Uni\u00f3n Vecinal del Barrio Municipal del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, c\u00famplase, publ\u00edquese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
