Inter Bloque Frente De Todos &#8211; Partido Federal &#8211; Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce &#8211; Cambia Mendoza. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo informe sobre los actos administrativos para la adjudicaci\u00f3n de terreno para la construcci\u00f3n de la Escuela N\u00b0 4-206 Mapu Mahuida de Bardas Blancas.<\/p>\n<p>El pedido realizado por los vecinos del paraje de Bardas Blancas el 7 de mayo pr\u00f3ximo pasado durante el acto de \u201cLa Vuelta del Veranador\u201d, solicitando la construcci\u00f3n del edificio de la Escuela Secundaria Mapu Mahuida, debido a la cantidad de matr\u00edcula con la que cuenta actualmente dicho establecimiento escolar.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que el pedido data de varios a\u00f1os, reflejados\u00a0 en piezas de \u00edndole legislativa, departamental y provincial, en donde se solicita gestionar y activar los mecanismos necesarios para la adjudicaci\u00f3n de un terreno y posterior construcci\u00f3n del edificio a la Instituci\u00f3n Educativa.<\/p>\n<p>Que el edificio donde funciona actualmente\u00a0 el establecimiento educativo, pertenece a la Escuela Albergue N\u00ba 8-511\u00a0Peregrina Cantos cuyas instalaciones fueron\u00a0 destinadas para que funcione la modalidad primaria.<\/p>\n<p>Que tener un edificio propio, dise\u00f1ado y destinado para la modalidad media, acorde al alumnado; es determinante para obtener los resultados acad\u00e9micos esperados, con espacios renovados, posibilitando que adolescentes y j\u00f3venes puedan estudiar\u00a0y capacitarse.<\/p>\n<p>Que actualmente el desarrollo acad\u00e9mico \u00a0es poco funcional en todos los aspectos, fundamentalmente respecto a la tarea administrativa, ya que cada nivel a la hora\u00a0 de entrar en franquicia, debe vaciar los muebles de todos sus papeles, carpetas, \u00a0 material administrativo, etc., para que sea ocupado por el otro que ingresa.<\/p>\n<p>Que \u00a0es importante recordar que los niveles cumplen un cronograma de alumnos y\u00a0 alumnas albergados, recurso necesario para poder llevar adelante el proceso de ense\u00f1anza y aprendizaje en nuestra zona rural.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARGUE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba:\u00a0 Solicitar\u00a0 al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a trav\u00e9s del \u00c1rea que estime corresponder, informe\u00a0 si ha otorgado un terreno en el Paraje de\u00a0 Bardas Blancas del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce destinado a la construcci\u00f3n del edificio de\u00a0 la Escuela N\u00b0 4-206 Mapu Mahuida.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Ratificar el esp\u00edritu de la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 379\/2.020 de este Honorable Concejo Deliberante que permitir\u00eda concretar lo solicitado\u00a0 por toda la comunidad de Bardas Blancas y zonas cercanas para garantizar el correcto\u00a0 acceso a la educaci\u00f3n de nivel medio.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
