VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00b0 5.110 HC 043 \u2013 2.022. Interbloque Frente de Todos \u2013 Partido Federal \u2013 Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Pedido de Informe por Licitaci\u00f3n para la compra de bolsas de cemento para construcci\u00f3n veredas sobre Avenida San Mart\u00edn.<\/p>\n

El Decreto N\u00b0 1.427\/2.021 del Departamento Ejecutivo que autoriza la adquisici\u00f3n de tres mil (3.000) bolsas de cemento por un monto total de $ 1.950.000,0.<\/p>\n

Y;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que entre las funciones del Honorable Concejo\u00a0 Deliberante se encuentran\u00a0redactar nuevas piezas legales\u00a0para atender las realidades que se vayan produciendo en la sociedad, modificar o derogar leyes\u00a0que hayan quedado obsoletas, que entorpezcan el trabajo del Estado o sean consideradas injustas. Aaprobar o denegar, fiscalizar el\u00a0presupuesto\u00a0y tarifaria municipal\u00a0y ser el \u00f3rgano natural de control sobre los usos del patrimonio municipal y el <\/em>accionar del Departamento Ejecutivo en todos sus estamentos.<\/p>\n

Que el Art\u00edculo N\u00ba 71, inciso 10,\u00a0 de la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 1079, establece que el Concejo Deliberante podr\u00e1 pedir al Departamento Ejecutivo los datos o informes que crea necesarios y deber\u00e1n ser contestados, debidamente fundados, en un plazo no mayor de diez (10) d\u00edas, prorrogables por otro plazo igual cuando la complejidad de lo requerido as\u00ed lo exija,\u00a0 previa comunicaci\u00f3n al Cuerpo Deliberativo.<\/p>\n

Que el Art\u00edculo N\u00ba 105, de la Ley Provincial N\u00ba 1079 enumera las atribuciones y deberes del Intendente y en su inciso 13 establece que debe suministrar verbalmente o por escrito los informes que le pueda requerir el Concejo Deliberante.<\/p>\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARGUE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar\u00a0 al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal informe los siguientes puntos referido al Decreto N\u00b0 1.427\/2.021 del Departamento Ejecutivo que autoriza la adquisici\u00f3n de tres mil (3.000) bolsas de cemento por un monto total de $ 1.950.000,00:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Comercio al que se le adjudicaron las bolsas de cemento.<\/li>\n
  2. Copia certificada de documentaci\u00f3n de:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    I – Entrega de la mercader\u00eda,<\/p>\n

    II – Pago al comercio,<\/p>\n

    III – Cantidad utilizada y en dep\u00f3sito,<\/p>\n

    IV –\u00a0 Personal encargado de la manipulaci\u00f3n, y<\/p>\n

    V \u2013 Registro de retiros del dep\u00f3sito con firma del responsable<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. N\u00f3mina de las calles entre los que se utilizaron<\/li>\n
    2. Cantidad de metros cuadrados de veredas que se construyeron.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n
