Interbloque Partido Federal &#8211; \u00a0Cambia Mendoza \u2013 \u00a0Frente de Todos y Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Pedido de Informe al Departamento Ejecutivo, sobre situaci\u00f3n dominial de las parcelas\/lotes en Agua Escondida, La Salinilla, El Cortaderal, Ranquil Norte y Bardas Blancas.<\/p>\n<p>Las frecuentes inquietudes manifestadas por los vecinos de los parajes mencionados, \u00a0por la situaci\u00f3n dominial de sus lotes o terrenos.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que la tenencia definitiva de los terrenos ayuda al desarrollo, promueve el arraigo y genera tranquilidad definitiva de posesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Que previamente la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce realiz\u00f3 gestiones y acciones para regularizar los terrenos en dichos parajes y quedaron inconclusas.<\/p>\n<p>Que en estos parajes la ocupaci\u00f3n de los terrenos es hist\u00f3rica y se proyectan en constante crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Que la regularizaci\u00f3n de estas tenencias de terrenos permite una proyecci\u00f3n urbana m\u00e1s ordenada y eficiente.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar informe al Departamento Ejecutivo, a trav\u00e9s del \u00c1rea que considere correspondiente, la situaci\u00f3n dominial de los lotes\/parcelas de los Parajes de Agua Escondida, La Salinilla, El Cortaderal, Ranquil Norte y Bardas Blancas, bajo el marco de lo expresado\u00a0 en el Art\u00edculo 71\u00ba inc. 10 de la Ley N\u00b0 1.079.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Remitir copia de la presente pieza legal al Director o Coordinador de Catastro de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
