Presidiendo la Sesi\u00f3n:\u00a0\u00a0Concejal Andres Risi (Bloque Frente de Todos)<\/h6>\n
Concejales Presentes: Silvia Correa, Rodrigo Hidalgo,\u00a0 (Bloque Frente de Todos), Silvina Camiolo (Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce), Gabriel Rosas, Martin Palma (Bloque Frente Cambia Mendoza), Francisco Parada (Bloque Partido Federal)<\/h6>\n

A las 12:00 hs del miercoles 20 de julio, dio inici\u00f3 el Orden del Dia de la Sesi\u00f3n convocada.<\/a><\/p>\n

Se di\u00f3 lectura a la Resoluci\u00f3n de Presidencia N\u00ba O40\/2022<\/strong>; y al Acta Reuni\u00f3n Parlamentaria solicitada por los Sres. concejales Silvina Camiolo, Rodrigo Hidalgo, y\u00a0 Francisco\u00a0 Parada.<\/strong> Luego el Cuerpo se constituy\u00f2 en Comisi\u00f3n para el tratamiento de Nota HC 318-2022 (Acta de Tenencia Precaria 13-08-2021)<\/strong>; y se redactaron 2 Despachos; resultando aprobada por mayoria (Voto Afirmativo Ediles Risi, Hidalgo, Correa, Camiolo y Parada y Voto Negativo Ediles Rosas, Varas, Palma y Mosca) la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba258\/2022<\/strong> mediante la cual se elevo la documentaci\u00f3n obrante en el Expte Interno N\u00ba 2942\/2022-0 a: Fiscalia de Estado de la Provincia de Mendoza, Oficina de Etica Publica de Mendoza, Tribunal de Cuentas de la Provincia de Mendoza.-<\/p>\n
