VISTO: El\u00a0 Expte. N\u00b0 5.130-HC-044-2.022. Interbloque Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce- Frente de Todos- Partido Federal. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo informe sobre los sistemas de calefacci\u00f3n de los edificios municipales.<\/p>\n

Los reclamos p\u00fablicos de los empleados municipales respecto a la calefacci\u00f3n de los edificios Municipales.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO: Que la municipalidad cuenta con varios edificios donde se descentralizan las actividades, precisando estar en condiciones para alojar dignamente a los empleados que all\u00ed desempe\u00f1an sus funciones.<\/p>\n

Que las temperaturas actuales han mostrado descensos considerables y la temperatura oto\u00f1o-invierno de nuestro departamento es muy hostil, ya que la\u00a0 temporada fr\u00eda dura 3 \u00bd meses (del 18 de mayo al 25 de agosto), con una\u00a0 temperatura m\u00e1xima diaria promedio de menos de 14\u00ba C y una m\u00ednima que \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 usualmente es bajo cero.<\/p>\n

Que las condiciones de trabajo est\u00e1n compuestas por varios tipos de condiciones, como las condiciones f\u00edsicas en que se realiza el trabajo (iluminaci\u00f3n, comodidades, tipo de maquinaria, uniforme, calefacci\u00f3n), las condiciones medio ambientales (contaminaci\u00f3n) y las condiciones organizativas (duraci\u00f3n de la jornada laboral, descansos, etc.).<\/p>\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNCIPALIDAD DE MALARGUE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LES SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n

ARTICULO 1\u00b0: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal\u00a0 informe a\u00a0 este Cuerpo:<\/p>\n

a)Funcionamiento y tipo de sistemas de calefacci\u00f3n de cada edificio municipal, como por ejemplo: Palacio Municipal, Campus Educativo 1 y 2, Biblioteca Campus, Biblioteca Jos\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez, Terminal de \u00d3mnibus, Oficinas de Malarg\u00fce Shopping Mall, Galp\u00f3n Municipal de Servicios P\u00fablicos, Cubierta Sanitaria y Oficina Girsu, Caes, Jardines Maternales, Incubadora de Empresas, Oficinas\u00a0 de Vivero Municipal Matadero Frigor\u00edfico Municipal y las Oficinas Municipales que est\u00e1n funcionado en \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 las Uniones Vecinales de los distintos barrios, firmado por profesional t\u00e9cnico o Licenciado en Seguridad e Higiene.<\/p>\n

  1. b) Estado de cuenta en la que se encuentra la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce y todas las dependencias municipales externas, con\u00a0 el proveedor de gas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
