{"id":29530,"date":"2022-08-02T11:13:03","date_gmt":"2022-08-02T14:13:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=29530"},"modified":"2022-08-02T11:13:03","modified_gmt":"2022-08-02T14:13:03","slug":"resolucion-n-281-2-022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=29530","title":{"rendered":"RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00b0 281\/2.022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>VISTO: El contenido de la Nota HC-296-2022 Sr. Florencio Mu\u00f1oz Solicita habilitaci\u00f3n de Sal\u00f3n de Fiestas de su propiedad ubicado en Colonia H\u00edpica.<a href=\"http:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/hcdpdf\/Rn%20281%202022%20florencio%20munoz%20habilitacion%20salon%20de%20fiestas%20colonia%20hipica.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7950\" src=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"103\" height=\"103\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PDF-JPG.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 103px) 100vw, 103px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que el Sr. Mu\u00f1oz present\u00f3 ante este Honorable Concejo Deliberante la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente a su proyecto de explotaci\u00f3n comercial (SALON DE FIESTA), destac\u00e1ndose entre ellas: Evaluaci\u00f3n de Factibilidad, Informe de Factibilidad, Acta de Inspecci\u00f3n por parte del \u00c1rea de Bromatolog\u00eda de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce y Acta de Tenencia Precaria de fecha 07 de Mayo de 2.021, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Que se observa que el tipo de proyecto presentado se traducir\u00eda en beneficio al Departamento y que permitir\u00eda el crecimiento y desarrollo de la Zona en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Que resulta necesario evaluar si el proyecto presentado se adec\u00faa a los recaudos exigidos por Ordenanza N\u00b0 1.426\/2.007.<\/p>\n<p>Que a tales fines la Ordenanza N\u00b0 1.893\/.2017, ordena la creaci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento de un equipo t\u00e9cnico, denominado Unidad T\u00e9cnica de Gesti\u00f3n Urbana Ambiental de Malarg\u00fce, a fin de dar respuesta, claridad y aportes a nuevos proyectos de radicaci\u00f3n que sean de dif\u00edcil interpretaci\u00f3n o cuyo uso no se encuentre claramente encuadrados por la clasificaci\u00f3n de su uso, en la Ordenanza Municipal de Microzonificaci\u00f3n N\u00b0 1.426\/2.007.<\/p>\n<p>Que con fecha 26\/07\/2.022 ingres\u00f3 a este Honorable Concejo Deliberante para su conocimiento, Decreto N\u00b0 1007\/2.022, de fecha 19 de Julio de 2.022, design\u00e1ndose en su Art\u00edculo 1\u00b0 a los representantes de la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce ante la Unidad T\u00e9cnica de Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN EL USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, someter a evaluaci\u00f3n y dictamen de la Unidad T\u00e9cnica de Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental de Malarg\u00fce, el Expediente Municipal\u00a0 N\u00b0 301\/2.022, conjuntamente con la documentaci\u00f3n que se adjunta a la presente pieza legal (Sr. Florencio Mu\u00f1oz. Habilitaci\u00f3n Sal\u00f3n de Fiestas en Colonia H\u00edpica).<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
