CONSIDERANDO: Que la Ley N\u00b0 1079 en su Art\u00edculo 71\u00b0 Inc. 9 manifiesta \u201cSon facultades del Honorable Concejo Deliberante, que las Ordenanzas que desde esta Instituci\u00f3n se dicten pueden referir a vialidad vecinal.<\/p>\n

Que el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, ha elevado a este Honorable Concejo Deliberante el Decreto N\u00b0 1.431\/2.021, manifestando su desacuerdo con lo determinado.<\/p>\n

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE MALARG\u00dcE EN EL USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n

RESUELVE<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0: Insistir en la sanci\u00f3n de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 2.129\/2.021 Cambio de denominaci\u00f3n de Calle El Campanario del Loteo 60\u00b0 Aniversario, no dando acuerdo al Veto impuesto por el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal mediante Decreto N\u00b0 1.431\/2.021.<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n
