Eugenio Izsaky para construcci\u00f3n de edificio propio.<\/p>\n<p>La nota presentada por la Sra. Natalia Ju\u00e1rez y padres\u00a0 de la comunidad educativa de la Instituci\u00f3n mencionada.<\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO:Que dicha misiva solicita la sesi\u00f3n del terreno para la construcci\u00f3n del establecimiento escolar en la Ciudad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Que el aumento progresivo de la cantidad de estudiantes, reduce el espacio para poder desarrollar las actividades cotidianas tanto de los alumnos y alumnas como de docentes y no docentes.<\/p>\n<p>Que en la escuela t\u00e9cnica ocupa un lugar central las actividades de tipo te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctico, la presencia del alumno en talleres,\u00a0 laboratorios y otros espacios formativos, con el manejo de maquinarias y herramientas de trabajo que las diferencian de otras ofertas de nivel secundario.<\/p>\n<p>Que el funcionamiento actual del establecimiento escolar no permite el normal desenvolvimiento de las actividades escolares te\u00f3ricas y pr\u00e1cticas que promuevan el aprendizaje de capacidades, conocimientos, habilidades, destrezas, valores y actitudes relacionadas con desempe\u00f1os profesionales y criterios de profesionalidad propios del contexto socio-productivo, que permitan conocer la realidad a partir de la reflexi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica sobre la pr\u00e1ctica y la aplicaci\u00f3n sistematizada de la teor\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Que la Ley N\u00b0 9358 con fecha 16 de noviembre de 2.021, aprobada por el Senado y C\u00e1mara de Diputados de la Provincia de Mendoza, autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo a transferir a la Direcci\u00f3n General de Escuelas el inmueble ubicado en el Departamento Malarg\u00fce entre calles Julio Eidels, y las prolongaciones de las calles Ingeniero Barrera, Santiago del Estero y los Goicos, con\u00a0 una superficie de diez mil quinientos sesenta y tres con treinta y seis metros cuadrados (10,563,36m2) para la construcci\u00f3n del edificio escolar.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARGUE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar a Escriban\u00eda General de Gobierno realice los tr\u00e1mites necesarios para concretar la correspondiente inscripci\u00f3n registral de los inmuebles mencionados en la Ley Provincial\u00a0 N\u00b0 9358\/2.021\u00a0 a nombre de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Escuelas y Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce para continuar con los procesos administrativos con el fin de contar con edificio propio de la Escuela N\u00ba 4-228Ing. Eugenio Izsaky.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Solicitar al Gobierno de Mendoza la inclusi\u00f3n en el Presupuesto 2.023 la construcci\u00f3n del edificio escolar de la Escuela N\u00ba 4-228\u00a0 Ing. Eugenio Izsaky.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Remitir copia de la presente Resoluci\u00f3n a la Directora de la Escuela\u00a0 N\u00ba 4-228 Eugenio Izsaky, Profesora Silvana Lorena Morales, al grupo de padres autoconvocados en la persona de la Se\u00f1ora Natalia Ju\u00e1rez, a la Delegada de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Escuelas, Profesora Fabiana Glatigny y Legisladores Provinciales por el 4to Distrito, para su conocimiento y efectos que pudieran corresponder.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
