Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Legislativo Departamental el \u201cX Aniversario de la sanci\u00f3n de la Ley Provincial de Promoci\u00f3n de la Econom\u00eda Social y Solidaria\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La importancia del acompa\u00f1amiento al desarrollo de sectores pertenecientes a la econom\u00eda social y solidaria.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que se cumplen 10 a\u00f1os de la sanci\u00f3n de la Ley Provincial\u00a0 N\u00b0\u00a0 8435 de Promoci\u00f3n de la Econom\u00eda Social y Solidaria.<\/p>\n<p>Que el Foro de Econom\u00eda Social de Mendoza, invita a Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Departamental\u00a0 los 10 a\u00f1os de la Ley N\u00b0 8435 de Promoci\u00f3n de la Econom\u00eda Social y Solidaria.<\/p>\n<p>Que es oportuno el reconocimiento a la labor protag\u00f3nica desarrollada en su aprobaci\u00f3n al Ex Legislador Alejandro Viadana, quien\u00a0 falleci\u00f3 un 18 de junio de hace 5 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Que dicha Ley fu\u00e9 en su momento la que reconoci\u00f3, sujeto, pr\u00e1cticas y formas jur\u00eddicas de la Econom\u00eda Social y Solidaria en Mendoza.<\/p>\n<p>Que la Ley de nuestra Provincia fue pionera a nivel Nacional, ejemplo para las que la sucedieron en el tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Que a nivel provincial se destac\u00f3 el proceso participativo y de car\u00e1cter regional a trav\u00e9s de\u00a0 Foros de Econom\u00eda Social que tuvieron como objetivos proponer un plan estrat\u00e9gico y un marco legal integrado entre las Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas Nacionales, Provinciales y Municipales<\/p>\n<p>Que en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce de un tiempo a esta parte, se han conformado\u00a0 cooperativas, emprendimientos productivos en los que se incorporan a la\u00a0 econom\u00eda social solidaria.<\/p>\n<p>Que es de vital importancia que se construya de manera participativa una legislaci\u00f3n adecuada para que los proyectos enmarcados en este sector puedan ampliar sus expectativas y concretar objetivos, permitiendo un desarrollo sostenible y sustentable.<\/p>\n<p>Que en lo local se destacan cooperativas con distintos objetos sociales que vienen\u00a0 realizando\u00a0 sus actividades y generan condiciones de empleo genuino a personas de la comunidad, entre ellas muchos\/as j\u00f3venes y mujeres.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARGUE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Legislativo Departamental el aniversario de los 10 a\u00f1os de la sanci\u00f3n de la Ley Provincial N\u00b08435de Promoci\u00f3n de la Econom\u00eda Social y Solidaria.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Elevar copia al Ministerio de Salud, Desarrollo Social y Deportes de la Provincia y al Foro de Econom\u00eda\u00a0 Social de la Provincia.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
