Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Declarar de Inter\u00e9s Cultural y Educativo el \u201cX Taller Internacional de Conservaci\u00f3n del Gato Andino\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Las distintas actividades que se desarrollar\u00e1n en el X Taller Internacional de Conservaci\u00f3n del Gato Andino a realizarse del 27 de agosto al 3 de septiembre en nuestro departamento, organizado por\u00a0 Alianza Gato Andino.<\/p>\n<p>y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que el gato andino (<em>Leopardus jacobita<\/em>) es un peque\u00f1o felino que se encuentra en los Andes de Bolivia, Chile, Per\u00fa, y en la zona norte de la Patagonia Argentina y es considerado uno de los felinos con mayor grado de amenaza de extinci\u00f3n en las Am\u00e9ricas y se encuentra entre los cinco felinos m\u00e1s amenazados del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Que la Alianza Gato Andino (A.G.A.) es una red multinacional e interdisciplinaria conformada por miembros de cuatro pa\u00edses donde habita la especie, cuyo objetivo es la conservaci\u00f3n del gato andino y su h\u00e1bitat, interactuando con organismos gubernamentales y no gubernamentales, adem\u00e1s de comunidades locales.<\/p>\n<p>Que la organizaci\u00f3n busca trascender las limitaciones geogr\u00e1ficas propuestas por las fronteras internacionales desarrollando programas multinacionales que identifican, desarrollan y mejoran diversas herramientas para que luego puedan ser aplicadas en cada comunidad involucrada.<\/p>\n<p>Que existe el compromiso internacional de protecci\u00f3n de la especie y su h\u00e1bitat, pero resulta fundamental entender que es una obligaci\u00f3n el compromiso de toda la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>Que una estrategia innovadora para generar conciencia sobre la relevancia del gato andino y su ambiente, valorizando los recursos naturales y su relaci\u00f3n con las comunidades, es la realizaci\u00f3n de actividades destinadas a p\u00fablicos diversos, desde estudiantes de nivel primario hasta personal t\u00e9cnico de agencias de conservaci\u00f3n generando agentes multiplicadores capaces de transmitir y potenciar el mensaje de conservaci\u00f3n, utilizando al gato andino como especie bandera.<\/p>\n<p>Que el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Malarg\u00fce mediante Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 234\/2.020 declar\u00f3 Monumento Natural Departamental el Gato Andino y de Inter\u00e9s los esfuerzos para su conservaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Declarar de Inter\u00e9s\u00a0 Cultural y Educativo el \u201cX Taller Internacional de Conservaci\u00f3n del Gato Andino\u201d organizado por\u00a0 Alianza Gato Andino, que se realizar\u00e1 del 27 de agosto al 3 de septiembre en nuestro Departamento.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal colaboraci\u00f3n en la difusi\u00f3n y en la log\u00edstica de la organizaci\u00f3n de las distintas actividades que se lleven adelante.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0: Remitir copia de la presente pieza legal a Red Multinacional e Interdisciplinaria Alianza Gato Andino.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
