Interbloque Partido Federal &#8211; Frente de Todos \u2013 Frente Cambia Mendoza y Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce. Proyecto de Ordenanza: Programa de Beneficios para Abanderados, Escoltas y Mejores Promedios del \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de Escuelas Primarias, Secundarias y Terciarias del Departamento.<\/p>\n<p>La necesidad de premiar el merito y esfuerzo de los alumnos con buen desempe\u00f1o durante su trayectoria escolar.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que anualmente ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes y adultos de Malarg\u00fce son designados, por su buen desempe\u00f1o acad\u00e9mico como abanderados, escoltas \u00a0y mejores promedios de sus respectivas escuelas.<\/p>\n<p>Que pertenecer al cuadro de honor de las diferentes Instituciones, es resultado de la responsabilidad, el estudio y gran esfuerzo de cada uno de los estudiantes.<\/p>\n<p>Que este programa estar\u00e1 destinado a quienes se encuentren entre los mejores promedios de Escuelas de Gesti\u00f3n P\u00fablica y\/o Privada.<\/p>\n<p>Que ser\u00eda conveniente acompa\u00f1ar con este beneficio a los alumnos reconocidos por Decreto Municipal N\u00ba 344 Premio Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, mediante el cual hace entrega de una Medalla de Oro al mejor promedio de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Que los abanderados y escoltas de diferentes Instituciones, asisten a actos protocolares en d\u00edas feriados, horarios y jornadas extras y muchas veces con inclemencias clim\u00e1ticas desfavorables, cumpliendo as\u00ed con su responsabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Que al otorgar estos beneficios a los alumnos, es una forma de motivarlos a continuar con sus estudios, ya que ven reflejado por medio de \u00e9stos, un reconocimiento a su constancia y esmero, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del Honor de Portar la Ense\u00f1a Patria.<\/p>\n<p>Que de esta manera, se busca incentivar a los j\u00f3venes a seguir superando desaf\u00edos, ampliando as\u00ed su potencial intelectual y humano.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>ORDENA<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00b0: Cr\u00e9ase en el \u00e1mbito\u00a0 de la Municipalidad\u00a0 de Malarg\u00fce a trav\u00e9s del \u00c1rea que corresponda el Programa\u00a0 de Beneficios\u00a0 para Abanderados, Escoltas\u00a0 y Mejores Promedios del \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de Instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Primaria, Secundaria, Terciaria y Universitario, con domicilio en el Departamento de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Perm\u00edtase el acceso gratuito a eventos organizados \u00a0por la\u00a0 Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce, ya sean culturales (cine, teatro, eventos musicales y espacios formativos), deportivos y festivos.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3\u00b0: Ot\u00f3rguese\u00a0 un descuento\u00a0 en casos de Fiestas Departamentales con Declaraci\u00f3n Nacional o Provincial, el que ser\u00e1 determinado\u00a0 por la Direcci\u00f3n de Rentas del Municipio.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00ba: Inv\u00edtese a comerciantes del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce a adherir a dicho Programa, para que los beneficiarios puedan acceder a descuento o promociones \u00a0en sus compras.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 5\u00ba: Inv\u00edtese a Instituciones Educativas, a otorgar a los alumnos beneficiarios del Programa una constancia (certificado o credencial), con el cual se puedan identificar para hacer uso de los beneficios.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 6\u00b0: Determ\u00ednese que este Programa\u00a0 tendr\u00e1\u00a0 una duraci\u00f3n de 365 d\u00edas desde el momento\u00a0 en que el beneficiario fuera dado de alta.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 7\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, c\u00famplase, publ\u00edquese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
