{"id":30006,"date":"2022-08-30T12:36:26","date_gmt":"2022-08-30T15:36:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=30006"},"modified":"2022-08-31T11:44:50","modified_gmt":"2022-08-31T14:44:50","slug":"en-sesion-especial-los-concejales-esperaron-la-visita-de-el-intendente-quien-por-compromisos-previos-no-se-hizo-presente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=30006","title":{"rendered":"EN SESI\u00d3N ESPECIAL LOS CONCEJALES ESPERARON LA VISITA DE EL INTENDENTE QUIEN POR COMPROMISOS PREVIOS NO SE HIZO PRESENTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6 style=\"text-align: right;\">SESI\u00d3N ESPECIAL\u2013 30 de AGOSTO de 2022<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: right;\">Presidiendo la Sesi\u00f3n:\u00a0\u00a0Concejal Paola Rojo (Bloque Frente Cambia Mendoza)<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: right;\">Concejales Presentes: Silvia Correa, Rodrigo Hidalgo, Andres Risi(Bloque Frente de Todos), Silvina Camiolo (Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce), Gabriel Rosas, Martin Palma, Viviana Mosca, Daiana Varas (Bloque Frente Cambia Mendoza), Francisco Parada (Bloque Partido Federal)<\/h6>\n<p>A las 12:00 hs del martes 30 de agosto, dio inici\u00f3 el <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=29867\">Orden del Dia , <\/a>para comenzar se di\u00f3 lectura a la <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n de Presidencia N\u00ba O48\/2022<\/strong>; y posteriormente a la <strong>Nota HC 413-2.022 Concejales Silvina Camiolo, Francisco Parada, y Andr\u00e9s Risi , solicitan Sesi\u00f3n Especial con la presencia del Sr. Intendente Municipal Lic. Juan Manuel Ojeda a efectos de conocer la estrategia del gobierno municipal y realizar acciones conjuntas en torno a los fondos destinados a la obra Portezuelo del Viento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta el <strong>Art\u00edculo 71\u00ba <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=6051\">LEY 1079 ORGANICA DE MUNICIPALIDADES <\/a><\/strong>y el <strong><u>ART\u00cdCULO 161\u00ba <a href=\"https:\/\/hcd.malargue.gov.ar\/?p=6387\">REGLAMENTO INTERNO DEL HCD<\/a>:<\/u><\/strong><em> &#8220;El Concejo podr\u00e1 resolver por mayor\u00eda absoluta de los miembros presentes y previa indicaci\u00f3n verbal o escrita de alg\u00fan Concejal, la citaci\u00f3n del Intendente, los Secretarios o los Directores para obtener informes sobre asuntos p\u00fablicos. Esta facultad podr\u00e1 ejercerla a\u00fan cuando se trate de Sesiones de pr\u00f3rroga o extraordinarias.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Puede asimismo solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo datos e informes. A su vez el Intendente podr\u00e1 hacerse acompa\u00f1ar por el jefe de Secci\u00f3n o Asesor Municipal que estime conveniente.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Finalmente se dio lectura de la <strong>Nota HC 432\/2022 presentada por el Sr Intendente Lic.
