Interbloque Partido Federal &#8211; Cambia Mendoza \u2013 Frente De Todos \u2013 Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar a las Legisladoras por Malarg\u00fce la agilizaci\u00f3n de gesti\u00f3n para la construcci\u00f3n de la Escuela Secundaria N\u00ba 4 &#8211; 206 \u00a0Mapu Mahuida.<\/p>\n<p>El pedido realizado por vecinos del paraje de Bardas Blancas en reiteradas ocasiones, solicitando la construcci\u00f3n del edificio de la Escuela Secundaria Mapu Mahuida, debido a la cantidad de matr\u00edcula con la que cuenta actualmente dicho establecimiento escolar.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que seg\u00fan informe emitido por el Departamento Ejecutivo su respuesta a la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba192\/2022 del Honorable Concejo Deliberante, en el a\u00f1o 2.006 la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce determin\u00f3 la ubicaci\u00f3n de un terreno para la construcci\u00f3n de la Escuela Secundaria en Bardas Blancas.<\/p>\n<p>Que el edificio donde funciona actualmente\u00a0 el establecimiento educativo, pertenece a la Escuela Albergue N\u00ba 8-511 Peregrina Cantos, donde comparten espacio con alumnos del nivel primario.<\/p>\n<p>Que en la actualidad la misma cuenta con una matr\u00edcula de 96 alumnos, con un promedio de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>60 alumnos que se albergan durante el periodo escolar.<\/li>\n<li>5 preceptores que se albergan todo el periodo.<\/li>\n<li>3 miembros del equipo directivo que se albergan todo el periodo.<\/li>\n<li>35 profesores que en alg\u00fan momento del periodo escolar, tambi\u00e9n se albergan en la Escuela, dependiendo de su carga horaria.<\/li>\n<li>5 personas, entre personal de limpieza y cocina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Que\u00a0el aumento de la cantidad de estudiantes, ha hecho\u00a0que el espacio sea cada vez m\u00e1s inc\u00f3modo para poder desarrollar las actividades cotidianas tanto de los alumnos como de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Que debido al uso de tantas personas, se ha visto un deterioro en\u00a0las instalaciones\u00a0 y en los servicios, ya que no est\u00e1 planificada para albergar dos comunidades educativas.<\/p>\n<p>Que el alumnado proviene de una zona muy amplia que abarca, entre otros, los Parajes \u00a0 de La Vaina, Poti Malal, Arroyo Chenqueco, El Carrizalito, Los Cavaos, Llano Blanco y Chalahuen.<\/p>\n<p>Que el terreno destinado para la construcci\u00f3n de la Escuela, fue individualizado mediante Mensura N\u00b0 2461\/2019 y en el a\u00f1o 2.008, la Provincia de Mendoza realiz\u00f3 el traspaso de la tierra individualizada en la Mensura N\u00b0 1217\/2019 de 63 Has 3.276.00m2 a la Municipalidad, incluyendo el terreno destinado a la Escuela Secundaria Mensura N\u00b0 2461, por lo expuesto existe un terreno de una superficie de 2.903.33 m2, el cual se puede disponer para tal fin.<\/p>\n<p>Que es de suma urgencia y fundamental la creaci\u00f3n de un espacio f\u00edsico propio para los j\u00f3venes de la zona para que cursen sus estudios secundarios.<\/p>\n<p>Que los vecinos de Bardas Blancas hacen llegar a las Senadoras por Malarg\u00fce nota con firmas solicitando la construcci\u00f3n del edificio escolar.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS.<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar a las Senadoras Provinciales por Malarg\u00fce agilicen dentro de sus posibilidades, las gestiones pertinentes para dar respuestas al pedido de la Comunidad de Bardas Blancas y zonas aleda\u00f1as, de la construcci\u00f3n del edificio para la Escuela Secundaria N\u00b0 4 &#8211; 206 Map\u00fa Mahuida.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0: Remitir copia de la presente Resoluci\u00f3n al Director de la Escuela N\u00ba 4-206 Mapu Mahuida, Profesor Flavio Arienzo, a la Delegada de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Escuelas, Profesora Fabiana Glatigny y Legisladores Provinciales por el 4\u00ba Distrito, para su conocimiento y efectos pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0: Anexo &#8211; Direcci\u00f3n de Catastro.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
