Bloque Frente de Todos. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo informe sobre la situaci\u00f3n del Parque Automotor Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>El estado en que se encuentran\u00a0 los m\u00f3viles municipales y la necesidad de contar con un parque automotor acorde para cubrir todas las necesidades de la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que resulta imperioso conocer el estado, su funci\u00f3n, dependencia asignada y siniestros sufridos de cada m\u00f3vil del parque automotor del municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Que existen veh\u00edculos particulares contratados por la Municipalidad, a los efectos de prestar\u00a0 servicios a la comunidad, tanto en la zona urbana como rural.<\/p>\n<p>Que cada veh\u00edculo de la instituci\u00f3n debe cumplir con lo previsto en las normas de tr\u00e1nsito y en las de seguridad que resguardan el agente municipal en su labor diaria.<\/p>\n<p>Que es importante el mantenimiento, mejora y renovaci\u00f3n del parque automotor municipal a fin de profundizar y mejorar los servicios que se brindan.<\/p>\n<p>Que es necesario proceder a la baja de los servicios operativos de distintos m\u00f3viles oficiales por el deterioro y deshacerse como chatarra en desuso generando un ingreso extrapresupuestario a la Municipalidad de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>Que por lo expuesto, es necesario obrar en consecuencia.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARGUE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo remita a\u00a0 este Honorable Concejo Deliberante en un plazo de quince d\u00edas (15), prorrogable por otros diez d\u00edas (10) m\u00e1s por solicitud, un informe\u00a0 del parque automotor municipal, en servicio y dado de baja, para analizar cada situaci\u00f3n y proceder a la sanci\u00f3n como chatarra para remate y\/o venta seg\u00fan corresponda, donde se detalle:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De m\u00f3viles en servicio:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Informaci\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter general (fecha de incorporaci\u00f3n en caso de m\u00f3viles nuevos y estado en que recibieron los existentes, modelo, tareas asignadas, patente, identificaci\u00f3n de auto-partes).<\/li>\n<li>N\u00famero de Interno.<\/li>\n<li>Evoluci\u00f3n del kilometraje.<\/li>\n<li>Dependencia o instituci\u00f3n asignada.<\/li>\n<li>Responsables y choferes asignados.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>De m\u00f3viles de baja:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Causa de la baja (siniestros, desperfectos, modelo, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Partes o piezas faltantes de cada m\u00f3vil superior a cinco mil pesos ($5000.-), su destino o procedimiento administrativo y\/o legal por su inexistencia.<\/li>\n<li>Tasaci\u00f3n de cada m\u00f3vil en el estado actual que se encuentra.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>ARTICULO 2\u00ba: Requerir al Departamento Ejecutivo la ejecuci\u00f3n presupuestaria de partida repuestos y reparaciones de movilidad, partida de combustible y lubricantes, locaci\u00f3n de servicio de transporte, como toda aquella partida que contenga gastos inherentes al parque automotor municipal.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
