Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal informe n\u00f3mina de juicios en que el municipio es parte actualmente.<\/p>\n<p>Que el Honorable Concejo Deliberante ha sido informado a trav\u00e9s del presupuesto vigente de la asignaci\u00f3n de fondos al \u00edtem de gastos de representaci\u00f3n legal.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que el municipio cuenta con abogados y asesores locales, as\u00ed como consultor\u00eda asidua con estudios y profesionales del Derecho de otros departamentos.<\/p>\n<p>Que la partida asignada a honorarios de profesionales asciende a dieciocho millones ($18.000.000) para el a\u00f1o en curso. Mientras que la del a\u00f1o pasado fue de tres millones quinientos mil ($3.500.000), y en gastos judiciales en el a\u00f1o 2021 la partida fue de cien mil ($100.00) y en el presupuesto vigente no existe partida para gastos judiciales,<\/p>\n<p>Que al hablar de gastos judiciales, el municipio no solo afronta los gastos de representaci\u00f3n en s\u00ed, sino tambi\u00e9n el perjuicio econ\u00f3mico potencial ante la p\u00e9rdida de un litigio de cualquier \u00edndole.<\/p>\n<p>Que es imprescindible contar con esta informaci\u00f3n previo al tratamiento de presupuesto y ordenanza tarifaria, a efectos de tomar las mejores decisiones de pol\u00edtica econ\u00f3mica para nuestro Departamento.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNCIPALIDAD DE MALARGUE EN USO SUS FACULTADES QUE LES SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal informe a este Honorable Concejo Deliberante:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) Listado de los juicios pendientes en los que el Municipio act\u00faa como querellante.<\/li>\n<li>b) Listado de los juicios en los que el Municipio ha sido interpelado, acusado o sobre quien ha ca\u00eddo alg\u00fan tipo de reclamo judicial.<\/li>\n<li>c) Listado con abogados\/estudios jur\u00eddicos que han patrocinado al Municipio durante los a\u00f1os 2020, 2021 y 2022.<\/li>\n<li>d) Presupuesto Ejecutado en gastos de representaci\u00f3n legal y gastos judiciales durante los a\u00f1os 2020, 2021 y 2022.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.
