Interbloque Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce- Frente de Todos- Frente Cambia Mendoza y Partido Federal. Proyecto de Ordenanza: Modificaci\u00f3n Art\u00edculos de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 2158\/2.022, Moratoria 2.020.<\/p>\n<p>En virtud que el Art\u00edculo 1\u00b0 de la mencionada Ordenanza no aclara los periodos de Moratoria y el Art\u00edculo 9\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>El Art\u00edculo 9\u00b0 no establece un mecanismo de reconocimiento por exceso de pago de aforos municipales del contribuyente.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que en la Banca del Ciudadano del d\u00eda 11 de agosto del corriente a\u00f1o, vecinos contribuyentes manifestaron la dificultad de recibir nota o alg\u00fan comprobante de cr\u00e9dito a favor, al haber pagado su impuesto municipal anual.<\/p>\n<p>Que es preciso contar con una unidad de medida simplificada, a fin de transparentar los actos del gobierno y generar confianza en el contribuyente.<\/p>\n<p>Que es objetivo de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 2158\/2.022 animar la conducta impositiva de los vecinos de Malarg\u00fce, facilitando mecanismos de pago.<\/p>\n<p>Que el Art\u00edculo 1\u00b0 no es claro respecto al periodo alcanzado por el esp\u00edritu de la presente Ordenanza.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE \u00a0EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>ORDENA<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Modif\u00edquese el Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 2.158\/2.022, el cual quedar\u00e1 redactado de la siguiente manera: \u201cEfect\u00faese el cobro de debito tributarios del municipio para toda la deuda existente (capital e intereses por mora), desde enero del a\u00f1o 2.020 hasta diciembre del a\u00f1o 2.021 inclusive, de acuerdo a las disposiciones de la presente Ordenanza y de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 2.158\/2.022\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Modif\u00edquese el Art\u00edculo 9\u00ba de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 2.158\/2.022, el cual quedar\u00e1 redactado de la siguiente manera: \u201cLos contribuyentes que al momento de sancionar la presente Ordenanza en concepto de servicios a la propiedad ra\u00edz, tasas de comercio, industrias, actividades civiles y de cementerio, hayan abonado un valor superior a aquellos aforos ajustados por Ordenanza N\u00b0 2.158\/2.022, podr\u00e1n optar por recibir la devoluci\u00f3n del dinero excedente mediante la formaci\u00f3n del Expediente Administrativo correspondiente o bien por nota de cr\u00e9dito superior que se registrara en el sistema, por el valor monetario equivalente\u00a0 a lo abonado de m\u00e1s, que podr\u00e1n imputar para ejercicios subsiguientes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese,\u00a0 reg\u00edstrese,\u00a0 cumplase, publiquese, agr\u00e9guese\u00a0 copia de\u00a0 la\u00a0 presente\u00a0 en\u00a0 las\u00a0 actuaciones\u00a0 correspondientes\u00a0 y\u00a0 arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA\u00a0 EN\u00a0 LA\u00a0 SALA\u00a0 DE\u00a0 SESIONES\u00a0 DR.\u00a0 RICARDO\u00a0 BALBIN DEL\u00a0 HONORABLE\u00a0 CONCEJO\u00a0 DELIBERANTE\u00a0 DE\u00a0 LA\u00a0 MUNICIPALIDAD\u00a0 DE\u00a0 MALARG\u00dcE\u00a0 A\u00a0 SEIS D\u00cdAS\u00a0 DE\u00a0\u00a0 OCTUBRE DE\u00a0 DOS\u00a0 MIL\u00a0 VEINTIDOS.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AUTORES CONCEJALES SILVINA CAMIOLO, SILVIA CORREA, DAIANA VARAS, MARTIN PALMA, FRANCISCO PARADA Y GABRIEL ROSAS INTERBLOQUE RECONSTRUYENDO MALARG\u00dcE, FRENTE DE TODOS- FRENTE CAMBIA MENDOZA Y PARTIDO FEDERAL VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N.\u00ba 5.176-HC 047\u20132.022.
