Bloque Reconstruyendo Malarg\u00fce. Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, la reparaci\u00f3n del puente que permite el ingreso de los habitantes del Puesto Los Arroyos, en la zona de Coihueco Norte.<\/p>\n<p>La necesidad de contar con un puente en condiciones como \u00fanica v\u00eda de acceso que tienen los vecinos del puesto.<\/p>\n<p>Y;<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO: Que el actual puente es un sif\u00f3n de hormig\u00f3n que fue colocado como respuesta a la necesidad de acceder a dicha zona de nuestro campo malarg\u00fcino, pero se ha visto afectado por las distintas crecientes y la circulaci\u00f3n vehicular con el correr de los a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Que el mencionado puente es fundamental para que los vecinos de la zona puedan ingresar a sus puestos de forma segura y sin quedar aislados ante una eventual contingencia.<\/p>\n<p>Que el puente se ubica en la ruta de ingreso a la Laguna Blanca, hacia la vera del R\u00edo Atuel, a 27 km de la ruta y permite el ingreso a varias familias de puestos aleda\u00f1os, en la zona de Los Arroyos, Coihueco Norte.<\/p>\n<p>Que el mismo se ha deteriorado por inclemencias clim\u00e1ticas; como crecidas de los arroyos y por el uso de los habitantes de la zona.<\/p>\n<p>Que cuando llueve o nieva el sif\u00f3n que hace de puente se ve colapsado por el caudal de agua, lo que imposibilita la transitabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Que por ese puente pasan los ni\u00f1os que habitan en los puestos de la zona para llegar a la ruta a tomar el colectivo que los lleva a la escuela, lo que se transforma en un riesgo constante.<\/p>\n<p>Que seg\u00fan lo manifiestan los vecinos del lugar habr\u00edan realizado las gestiones administrativas correspondientes antes los funcionarios municipales, sin obtener respuesta hasta la fecha.<\/p>\n<p>Que los vecinos de la zona rural deben tener los mismos derechos de accesibilidad y seguridad en el ingreso a sus hogares, como los tienen los vecinos de la zona urbana.<\/p>\n<p>Que es necesario que los pobladores rurales sean contenidos en el Programa de Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas del Municipio, sobre todo en lo que tiene que ver con la obra p\u00fablica y el mejoramiento de las condiciones de vida de los habitantes de los distintos Distritos y Parajes.<\/p>\n<p>EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS<\/p>\n<p>RESUELVE<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, a trav\u00e9s del \u00c1rea o Direcci\u00f3n que corresponda, la reparaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento del puente de ingreso al Puesto Los Arroyos, en la zona de Coihueco Norte del Departamento de Malarg\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Asignar la Partida Presupuestaria que corresponda del Presupuesto vigente para los arreglos y mantenimientos mencionados en el Art\u00edculo 1\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, agr\u00e9guese copia de la presente en las actuaciones correspondientes y arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n<p>DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DR.\u00a0 RICARDO BALBIN DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE MALARG\u00dcE A SEIS D\u00cdAS DE\u00a0\u00a0 OCTUBRE DE DOS MIL VEINTIDOS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AUTORA: CONCEJALA SILVINA CAMIOLO BLOQUE RECONSTRUYENDO MALARG\u00dcE VISTO: El contenido del Expediente N\u00ba 5.191 HC 049 \u2013 2.022.
